In a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, our resources collaborate seamlessly with our client’s talent acquisition team, addressing short-term, long-term, or project-based recruitment needs. Born out of a gap in the marketplace for startups wanting to build nearshore talent pools and teams of Engineers, it has evolved to include delivery of some of Kelly’s largest MSP clients including WTW, Danaher, and Veralto. Our GDT team has also built a strong relationship with KellyEducation and has supported CIAT with several tough to fill roles.

Our competitors are primarily firms who help organizations outsource talent near shore or offshore. Domestically we may compete with traditional staffing agencies (Aerotek, Adecco etc) but due to our flexible, bespoke delivery model, rarely run up against staffing firms. The critical piece of GDT that makes our team different is that we can customize and provide all services with one offering (strategy, recruit/build, hire, manage, and/or transfer talent).

GDT has decent presence but there seems to be confusion about the business unit and the benefits as well as how to leverage its capabilities both externally in the market as well as internally with Kelly.
