• Below the dates, you have different options:

a. Work (default view): Displays the different roles assigned to you

b. Time Off: Log your planned vacation or personal days

c. Holiday: Log non-working days due to holidays

Logging Work Activities

• Under the Work view, you will see the client engagements you are assigned to.

• Click on a specific day to view all the requisitions assigned to you.

• For each requisition, you have two options:

Enter Activity for a role you have worked on that day:

▪ Click on the requisition and log your activity for each recruitment step (e.g., applicants reviewed, phone screens conducted, etc.) by entering the actual numbers.

▪ After entering your activity, you can add a comment for your reference (optional).

▪ Click the red "Submit Activity" button to save your entries.

Enter Activity for a role you have not worked on that day:

• If you have not worked on a role that day, simply click on the requisition and click on “Submit Activity” at the bottom. The application will log a “No Activity” for that day.

Notice that the application will, by default, have all zeros entered.

Please don’t edit these fields when logging “no activity”

NOTE: Please remember to repeat this process daily for each requisition.

Logging Time Off and Holidays

• To log time off, select the "Flexible Time Off" option below the dates.

• Choose the start and end dates for your time off.

• If it's a single day, select the same date for both start and end.

• Click "Submit" to save your time off entry.

• To log a holiday, select the "Holiday" option and choose the appropriate date.

• Ensure that the start and end dates are the same for a single holiday.

• Click "Submit" to save your holiday entry.

Important: You must log your activity on a daily basis, whether it’s recruiting activity, time off or holiday. If this is not done, the application will flag the day as a missing entry. It is important to log either work activities or time off/holiday for each working day (Monday to Friday) all year long.

Frequent Questions & Answers

Q: How often should I log my activities?

A: It is recommended to log your activities daily to ensure accurate tracking.

Q: What happens if I don't log any activity for a day?

A: The application will flag the day as a missing entry. It is important to log either work activities or time off/holiday for each working day (Monday to Friday).

Q: What happens if I am unable to log my activity for a day; can I log it the next day?

What if I remember that I forgot to log my activity for a certain day last week?

A: If you're unable to log your activity for a day, you’ll have the option to go back and log your activity for up to 30 days after the fact. Just go to the specific day, enter your activity, and submit it. If you need to log activity for a day that's more than 30 days in the past, you should contact your direct manager. They have the ability to log the activity for you for those dates.

Q: Can I log activities for multiple client engagements?

A: Yes, if you are assigned to multiple client engagements, you will see them listed separately under the Work view. Log your activities accordingly for each engagement.

Q: How can I view my activity summary?

A: Navigate to the "My Dashboard" section to view a comprehensive breakdown of your activity across different recruitment steps. You can apply filters to customize your view.

Q: What if I encounter an error while logging my activities?

A: If you experience any issues or errors, please reach out to your manager. If unavailable, contact Marcelo Donnici at RocketPower.

Q: If I'm out of the office on a certain day, whether due to vacation, a personal day off, or a holiday, and I enter Flexible Time Off or Holiday in the app, do I also need to go to each requisition and click on "Report No Activity"?

A: No. If you enter either Flexible Time Off or Holiday for a day or multiple days, you don't need to log "No Activity" for all requisitions. The application will handle that in the backend.

Q: Can I log activity for future dates?

A: No, you can only log activity up to the current date. Time Off or Holidays can be entered in advance, but only up to 14 days before the actual date(s).

If I'm a recruiter and I create a requisition, will someone else be able to make edits to that requisition?

A: No, only the requisition owner and the Ops Manager are authorized to make edits to the requisition within the application.

When should we log a hire? Should it be when the candidate accepts the written offer or when the candidate starts?

It is recommended to log the hire when the candidate starts. However, if you do not have access to that information, you should log the hire in the system as soon as you learn that the candidate has accepted the written offer.

Q: What happens if I'm out of the office but one of my candidates has an interview on that day? Can I log time off and recruiting activity simultaneously to track when the interview actually took place?

A: Yes, you can log both time off and activity. First, enter your time off. Then, return to the same day and enter the activity. Scroll down, add comments if applicable, and click "Submit Activity."

Note that under the Work, Time Off, and Holiday options, you'll see the message, "This date is marked as Time Off/Holiday," with a "Remove" button on the right side. Click "Remove" only if you've mistakenly marked this day as off or as a holiday. Otherwise, leave it as is. If applicable, log your activity and click "Submit Activity.
