RJO is excited to promote paperless monthly statements, a long-term goal of the Board of Directors to reduce postage costs and lessen our environmental impact Members who prefer to receive statements by email rather than USPS can now easily opt in. Here's how:

Login to the RJO website

Select the Invoicing Tool from the Account Dropdown

Select the Statement Preferences box at the top of your statement window

Enter the email or emails you would like to receive the statement You can enter more than one email by placing a comma or semi-colon between the addresses

Once submitted, our Accounts Receivable Manager will update your account to paperless.

Each month, members who opt for paperless statements will receive an email containing their current and dating statements, along with any monthly statement inserts

Help reduce fees and paper waste, by opting in today!
