RFP-13-12 Request for Proposals Lease and operation of the Paletta Mansion as a food service venue 4250 Lakeshore Rd. The City of Burlington has an opportunity for a long term commitment for a food service provider in this one-of-a-kind location. The Paletta Mansion is a restored, 11,000 square-foot heritage mansion located on 14 acres of lakefront and is known as "the jewel in the crown" of the Burlington waterfront.

This Request for Proposal is to select a qualified an experienced food service provider to operate and maintain the Paletta Mansion for a long term contract. Recognizing the potential that this unique property has, the city encourages proponents to bring creativity to the table and propose a sustainable operating model which may include continued operation of a banquet facility, expansion to a full service restaurant or any combination of profitable food service operations.
