After several months of hard work, we officially launched our brand-new website on Sunday, April 16th. Our goal for this project was to create an online website experience that was truly representative of our brand, while broadening our exposure on our home rental, sales, and other product service offerings.
As a local leader, we wanted our website and brand to reflect the quality of our varying offerings and services and the integrity of our business. This meant that our site would need to be interactive, it would need to be responsive, it would need to be attractive, and most importantly, it would need to be functional. Completely redesigned and customized, our new website and brand go well beyond the traditional to provide our visitors with an easier way to learn about who we are, as well as what you can expect while living in our community. An entirely new architecture was deployed with fresh and modern technologies, redefining our services with a mix of content and communication, catered towards elevating our identity with a focused attention to detail.
Here are just some of the ways we will now be represented in the community we serve, with the inclusion of updated billboards, varying radio spots, updated new business cards, creatively executed advertising designs, new signage, the launch of Pynwheel (an interactive touch screen housed at St Andrews and Meridian Crossings) and coming this month our new online promotional portal, which will provide department managers the ability to order tee-shirts, cups, attire, key chains, etc. with controlled consistency and brand uniformity, within budget of course.
Visit us often, as we will be continually updating our content with videos, community updates, and much more. We hope that you find our enhanced external brand presence and new website to be informative, easy-to-use, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. If you have ideas or recommendations, please feel free to forward an email to the marketing department: tfauntleroy@reybold.com, sdempsey@reybold.com, and mwright@reybold.com.

“ Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration , wonderful things can be achieved.” - Mattie Stepanek
Customer service is important because it inspires customer loyalty and makes employees’ jobs easier. This, in turn, helps businesses grow. By providing great customer service, organizations can recover customer acquisition costs, retain talent, and foster brand loyalty.
It’s not just price and quality we are competing within our industry. When other similar companies sell a similar product or service, excellent customer service will give us a competitive advantage, and a reason to stand out from the competition. Many people admit they are loyal customers to a brand because it delivers great customer service.
On the other hand, customers will switch to a competitor following a single bad experience. After two negative experiences, more than three-quarters of customers are ready to call it quits, and likely won’t return. Most customers won’t go back to a company they had a bad experience with, even if a friend tells them that the service has gotten better.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos famously said, “make customers unhappy in the physical world, they might each tell 6 friends. If you make customers unhappy on the Internet, they can each tell 6,000 friends.” The walk away message - every action comes with a reaction.
Pencader Corporate Center (Lot 30) is a new project development that has been in the Reybold planning pipeline for several years and is now in the construction stage. It is a high-profile, multi-use commercial site in a premier location at the intersection of Corporate Blvd and Delaware’s Route 896, just a short distance from 95.
The Reybold Site Construction Division has completed the major grading of the site, installed the storm drains, sanitary sewer, and water mains. There is an internal loop road that will provide access to all buildings that have been completed up to the base paving.
Additionally in discussion, the focal point for the Pencader Corporate Center will be a five-story, one hundred twenty-five room hotel with a restaurant totaling nearly seventy-two thousand square feet. The project rounds out with two, three-story office buildings, each with over sixty-five thousand square feet of Class A office space over a single-level underground parking garage. This site will include a Wawa Convenience Store with gas pumps and EV charging stations on the southeast corner that will begin construction in the coming months.
Just to the north of Wawa, will be a twelve thousand square foot retail facility that is expected to begin construction later this year. This facility will have up to eight tenants, (2) of which could be potential restaurants. The architectural rendering for this corporate center reflects an exterior façade comprised of a variety of materials and a varied roof line.
On the north side of the property, a daycare facility is planned that will look like a previous facility built a couple of years back in Newark, reminiscent of the Great New Beginnings at St Andrews. This facility is 10,000 sf with eleven classrooms and two playground areas. Future planning details will be provided in upcoming newsletter communication as the project progresses.
For The Salad:
400g black beans drained /2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves roughly chopped
500g heritage tomatoes, chopped into large chunks
½ cucumber, halved lengthways, seeds scooped out and sliced on an angle
1 mango, peeled and chopped into chunks
1 large red onion halved and finely sliced
6-8 radishes, sliced
2 avocados peeled and sliced
100g feta, crumbled
handful of herbs (reserved from the dressing)
For The Dressing:
large bunch mint / small bunch coriander /small bunch basil / 1 fat green chili, deseeded and chopped
1 small garlic clove
100ml extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
2 limes zested and juiced
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp honey
STEP 1: Make the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a food processor (or very finely chop them), saving a few herb leaves for the salad. You can make the dressing up to 24 hours before serving.
STEP 2: Scatter the beans and spinach over a large platter. Arrange the tomatoes, cucumber, mango, onion, and radishes on top and gently toss together with your hands. Top the salad with the avocados, feta, and herbs, and serve the dressing on the side.
The Reybold Construction Technologies (RCT) continues its focus on revenue growth by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients in an ever-expanding geographic footprint. The RCT team has been busy soliciting new business in DE, MD, VA, PA, and most recently in NJ.
In addition to the geographic expansion, RCT is also expanding its product and service capabilities to grow our revenue streams; recent addition to our product and service offerings began in April 2023 with the CUES Lock Point Repair System. The RCT team successfully completed a no-dig point repair on an 18” Storm Pipe in Delaware City.
RCT has also partnered up with several engineering partners such as JMT, Pennoni, AMP, and KCI for a series of off-road projects in the City of Newark, New Castle County, and Wilmington, DE. To improve upon the production efficiencies in these difficult access areas, the team has also added the new Mark 3 off-road CCTV System from CUES that can be mounted in a pickup truck, or ATV as seen below. This system is compatible with our existing CUES camera equipment, capturing the same CCTV video and reporting as the F550 Box Truck Units in the hard-to-reach areas. This new addition will put RCT in a position to capture additional market share for these off-road projects in both DE, and our expanding geography. Currently RCT is marketing this new service to our existing clients and will continue to look to future growth opportunities to build upon.
