THE EVOLUTION OF THE IT DEPARTMENT

BIG CHANGES FOR THE IT TEAM

Greetings Reybold Team! There is so much happening in Reybold Technology and I am really thrilled to discuss some of these things with you. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new technology suite located at Corporate Suite 111! This new facility will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization. Be sure to stop by and visit us in our new home and say hello. We’ll leave the light on for you! I would be remiss if I did not take a moment and thank a few people who helped with this overall project:

• Project Managers: Jason Faulkner and Ulises Trujillo for their exceptional work overseeing and completing the build-out of the new suite.

• Maintenance Team: Jake Lopata and Quez Jenkins for their invaluable assistance with the moving process, ensuring everything was set up smoothly and efficiently. We are pleased to welcome Daniel Zolochik as our new technician. Daniel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, and we are excited to have him on board to contribute to our ongoing success. Daniel’s addition to the department will place us in a position to quickly support users’ needs, close out tickets faster and give us an edge on preparing for new technology

One of the new and exciting changes is the introduction of a new internal Reybold phone extension for tech support. We will be asking that you continue to follow protocol and enter your tickets through the Help Desk via email (helpdesk@reybold.com) but sometimes you may not be able to, or you need to call. Pick up the phone and dial extension 4357 (HELP) to reach one of the technicians.

In other technology news, we are also undertaking several internal projects. These projects include:

• License Plate Reader cameras are in the process of being installed or have already been installed in some places. This will enhance our security measures during these sometimes troubling times. By integrating these advanced LPR cameras, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.

• We are currently in the process of upgrading our network servers. These new state-of-the-art servers are expected to significantly enhance our security and improve our response times when handling network requests.

RETHINKING OUR APPROACH

THE TRANSFORMATION OF MARKETING

Putting Our Products, Services, and Customers at the Center

As the new Director of Marketing, I am excited by the opportunities to evolve and refine our marketing strategy. The marketing efforts put in place to support the rebranding at Reybold focused on selling a lifestyle, and while the designs of our website, ads, social media, etc. look great, we need to now focus on the core of our business— the real value we provide to our customers: a high-quality environment for building your ideal lifestyle. Our evolution is driven by a commitment to authenticity, clarity, and a renewed emphasis on the tangible value our products and services offer.

Shifting the Narrative: From Lifestyle to Product and Service Excellence

Our marketing campaigns have created an aspirational lifestyle, attracting customers with visions of a desirable way of living. While this approach is intended to build a strong brand image, it sometimes overshadows the real value and benefits of our products and services. Moving forward, our strategy will shine a spotlight on the concrete features, benefits, and unique value propositions of what we offer. We want our customers to understand not just the dream but the real-world solutions, benefits, and differentiators that our products and services provide.

Understanding Customer Needs: The Heart of Our Strategy

Our customers are the lifeblood of our company. By focusing on what they need and want, we ensure our marketing resonates more deeply and emotionally. We will focus on market research and customer feedback mechanisms to truly understand their pain points, preferences, and expectations. This data-driven approach will enable us to tailor our messaging, highlighting how our products and services meet specific needs, solve problems, and enhance their lives in tangible ways.

Transparency and Trust: Building Long-Term Relationships

In today’s market, authenticity is paramount. Customers crave honest communication and transparency. By focusing on the real benefits of our products, we will foster trust and credibility. We will be clear about what our products and services can do, set realistic expectations, and provide accurate information. This transparency will build stronger, more loyal relationships with our customers, as they will know they can rely on us for genuine value.

THE FUTURE OF RETAIL SPACES

ST ANDREWS CENTER CREATES BUZZ

The following article, written by Timothy Alexander, was published by My ChesCo earlier this year and sheds light on one of our newest additions to our commercial portfolio, St. Andrews Center, which is schedule to be finished at the end of this month. 3 of the 8 spaces have already been filled, including a bubble tea and dumpling shop, a pilates studio, and a seafood restaurant.

“Reybold Group, a leading real estate company, announced the beginning of vertical construction on a new retail center near St. Andrews, its largest residential community in Bear, Delaware. The start of construction signals an exciting new chapter for New Castle County’s most rapidly growing and sought-after area.

The retail center, scheduled to open in mid-2024, will feature eight stores and is expected to inject fresh vitality into the locale. Reybold Group has already secured a lease from one future tenant and is actively seeking additional tenants spanning fitness, restaurant, retail, and beauty sectors.

Strategically located on Route 40, a main artery leading to Routes 1 and 95, the retail center is positioned to draw substantial footfall from both local residents and passing traffic. Moreover, it offers the added advantage of being within walking distance for residents of the St. Andrews community, promoting a vibrant, convenient, and connected lifestyle.

Jennifer Corbett, Commercial Leasing Operations Manager at Reybold Group, expressed enthusiasm for the project. “We are eager to introduce dynamic retail options that will elevate the lifestyle experience for St. Andrews’ residents and the wider community,” she said. “Our commitment is to welcome a diverse array of businesses to this retail center, enhancing what Bear, Delaware, already has to offer.”

This development is a significant step forward for Reybold Group as it continues to create high-quality, amenity-rich environments that meet the needs of modern consumers and businesses. Its strategic location and diverse tenant mix are set to make the retail center a thriving hub for the St. Andrews community and beyond.”

GRILLING UP SOME FUN

THE ANNUAL 4TH OF JULY BBQ

On Friday, June 28th, Reybold hosted a Fourth of July cookout in the parking lot of the corporate office. Burgers and hotdogs were cooked up by our own Jim Grygiel and Dave Manzolillio. A dunk tank was set up and for a dollar a ball anyone could try to dunk Jim Pitt, Eddie Dougherty, or Pat McNelis. The Reybold Group raised $500 dollars for the BVSPCA (Brandwine Valley Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and Jerry Heisler pledged to match for a total of $1000. A good time was had by all and we look forward to the next cookout, which will be held August 23rd for Labor Day.
