1. Aperiod of modern Indonesian history lasts 5 years.

2. All groups united regardless of : ethnicity, religion, age, position during the Indonesian revolution.

3. The Indonesian revolution took place both physically and in a diplomatic struggle.

Flash back to the long story :

Dutch colonialism in Indonesia lasted for 350 years or 3.5 centuries. In 1596, the Dutch first landed in Banten, Indonesia, under the leadership of Cornelis de Houtman.

Bandros

Bandros is one of the typical Sundanese food. This traditional cake is made from a mixture of rice flour, grated coconut, suji leaves and coconut milk. This cake is usually served with a sprinkling of sugar, cheese or chocolate

BAJIGUR

Bajigur is a traditional drink typical of the Sundanese people. Its main ingredient is sugar palm, and coconut milk. To add to the enjoyment also mixed a little ginger and salt. Fragrant pandan leaves are usually added for adding the aroma, but now more often use artificial vanilla powder.

Metahistory Method

1. Collect the documents (Example : Sundanese Kinship Documents). All media.

2. Create a category (Example : Sundanese Food, Revolution Data/History, Sundanese Community to verify).

3. Make a rundown to collect history data (I need 2 years to collect all).

4. Visit Museum with category (Ex : Museum Sri Baduga, Bandung in West Java to find sundanese information).

5. History Narrative with thick ethnography/phenomenology

6. If you want to use software (systematically combining and synthesizing findings from multiple quantitative studies in a research domain/category). I just tried metafor (but it was doesn’t work for authentic data/empirical data unpublished).

This research is under review for call papers, but we just create a video documenter

● This study uses the metahistory method with auxiliary science from various collections of documentation from sundanese people who born during the Indonesian revolution (1945-1949) which are uploaded to the Sundanese kinship forum.

● The impact changed sundanese cuisine can be seen from the food presentation, migration of processed spices, and the completeness of side dishes and politeness in eating food (food and attitude for sundanesefamily).

● Traditional cooking utensils have also changed the presentation of Sundanese cuisine, but there are several Sundanese restaurants that still maintain the ancient atmosphere and this has become a separate commercialization for Sundanese cuisine and tourism attractions.
