A REALTOR® with Phyllis Browning C o m p a n y , Dalrymple has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and has closed more than $500 million of sales during her career. Her contributions to the industry are extensive and she is known for being a consistent and tireless advocate for the value of REALTORS® and this industry. Among her numerous accolades, she received the city’s Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award in 1999; she was named both SABOR’s REALTOR® of the Year and the CRS REALTOR® of the Year in 2007; she received the Texas Real Estate Super Agent award in 2005 (awarded to less than one percent of all Texas REALTORS®); and she was named the Phyllis Browning Co. Pinnacle Award Winner for
2020 Broker of the Year. Rispoli received her license in 2008 and became President of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® in 2016. In 2017, Leesa launched the Global Luxury Division of CBDH and in 2019, Rispoli’s leadership was instrumental in one of the company’s nine offices being recognized as the top producing Coldwell Banker office in the state. She consistently seeks out ways to change the status quo in order to provide the best mentorship and training to her agents. She ensures her agents remain informed and have the latest tools at their fingertips to provide the best care for the buyers and sellers they serve. Rispoli is also an advocate for involvement in the industry. She has served on numerous SABOR committees and encourages her agents to be involved as well. Outside the office, Rispoli donates her time and resources to Communities in Schools and she also supports the Dr. Herbert Harper, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund which provides $25,000 each year in multiple scholarships used toward higher educa-
tion.
