SABOR’s 2020 Leadership Team The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® is pleased to announce its 2020 leadership team. This team, made up of the Executive Committee as well as Directors were installed on December 5th during the annual Awards and Installation event at the Witte Museum.

Kim Bragman will preside as SABOR’s Chairman of the Board in 2020. Bragman has over a decade of experience in the industry. She served as chairman of the Education committee at SABOR in 2013 and as a member of several other committees including Leasing and Property Management and Public Policy and

Civil Engagement. She is also a member of the City of San Antonio’s Zoning Board of Adjustment. She serves as a Director for NAR and is a member of NAR’s Professional Standards Committee. She is a Sterling R major investor in TREPAC and a 2011 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.

Cher Miculka will serve as SABOR’s 2020 C h a i r - E l e c t . Miculka began her real estate career in 1986 and has worked in several aspects of the industry including REALTOR®, broker, property adjuster, loan officer and homebuilding operations manager. She was the recipient of SABOR’s 2017 Broker of the Year Award and is a certified real estate instructor. She is a Sterling R major investor in TREPAC and a 2008 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.

T r a c i e Hasslocher will serve as SABOR’s Secretary/Treasurer in 2020. Hasslocher has been a licensed REALTOR® for 14 years. She has served on a number of SABOR committees including chairing Government Affairs, Political Advocacy and TRLP. She is a 2012 graduate of the Texas REALTORS®

Leadership Program and a Sterling R major investor in TREPAC.

Sara Briseño Gerrish will serve on the Executive Committee as a Member-at-Large in 2020. Gerrish has been a REALTOR® for nearly 20 years and has served on several SABOR committees including Government Affairs and YPN, which she chaired. In 2020, she will be the vice chair of NAR’s Smart Growth Advisory Board and chair of Texas REALTORS®’ Diversity Committee. She was the 2019 chair of the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee with the City of San Antonio. She was named a “REALTOR® to Watch” in 2019 by Texas REALTORS®. Gerrish is a Sterling R major investor in TREPAC and a 2011 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. M a r q u i s Williams will serve on the Executive Committee as a Member-at-Large in 2020. Williams began his real estate career nearly four years ago, and has served on several SABOR committees including Government Affairs, Global Business Council, TREPAC and Public Policy and Civic Engagement, which he vice chaired. In 2020, he will begin his term as a TREPAC Trustee.

January 2020 Grant Lopez will be the Immediate Past Chair in 2020. Lopez has been a licensed REALTOR® for over ten years. He has served on numerous committees at SABOR including the MLS Committee which he chaired, the Local Nominating Committee, and the REALTOR® Builder Committee. He has also served on Texas REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and the MLS Committee. In 2017, he was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30.” Grant is a Crystal R, President’s Circle major investor in TREPAC and a 2014 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. In addition, those members serving as 2020 Directors are: Monique Bordelon, Kevin Crawford, William Curtis, Donna Drayton, Katie Griffin Ross, Jan Hicinbothom, Diane Lauer, Trudy Pape, Renae Pretty, Susan Rodriguez, Mindi Stange and Reagan Williamson.
