The reception space features breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views of the stunning Rehoboth Bay, making it the ideal venue for your wedding celebration. With a capacity for up to 240 guests, the open layout ensures a smooth and elegant flow for your event. Included in the reception space is the spacious Ballroom, the inviting Bayview Room, and just outside is the serene Eagle Terrace. These additional spaces are perfect for a cocktail hour or as a peaceful retreat during the festivities.

Alcoholic Beverages
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state of Delaware. The club is responsible for the legal and safe distribution of alcohol. Therefore, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Club property.
Prices & Billing
A 22% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items. Prices are subject to change without notice. A $4,500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the private space. Deposits will be applied to the final bill.
Rentals & Uprgades
RBCC will provide standard tables, chairs, flatware, and glassware from our in-house inventory for your reception setup. Should your requirements exceed our available supply, we will arrange for supplemental items through a rental company. A 22% service charge will be applied to all rented items and upgrades. This charge, in addition to the rental cost, covers shipping, handling, and potential damages. The total amount will be detailed on the Event Order. All rentals and upgrades must be coordinated and processed through the Club’s Event Manager
Linen
The Club provides standard linens at no additional charge. If you would like a specific napkin color that is not part of our inventory, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Any additional charges for upgrades will be added to your final balance.
Smoking & Phone Usage
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the Clubhouse. Voice calls on telephones are not permitted in Member areas, and all personal communication devices must be set to silent mode.
