The Club’s Board in cohesion with the Leadership Team developed Vision 2030 - ensuring a strong future. Vision 2030 is a coalescence of an Annual Membership Survey, updated and fluid Strategic Plan, and Board Initiatives. This is important because it is the membership’s mutual responsibility as stewards of the Club to preserve the physical assets, experience and old and new traditions.
Established in January 2024, a tax-exempt organization independent of the Board whose mission is to administer support through grants to the Talon Tribe members in times of need, for educational scholarships, assist local charities and oversee donations of art to RBCC.
We embrace the idea that we, as members, have a responsibility to care for the well-being of RBCC today and for the future. We expect our leaders to be accountable and lead by example.
Caring is a powerful word. When we care, we engage, commit, are attentive, kind, honest, respectful, and responsive. We have integrity and a passion for good. When we care, others want to be around us and most importantly, caring inspires more care!
With outstanding stewardship and true caring, we create a sense of community. This reaches across everyone – members, families, leadership, and the Talon Tribe. Together, we have a strong sense of purpose and enjoy each other’s company. We communicate fully and respect others’ differences and points of view.
Vision is powering up our imagination to create a mental picture that guides us to something new, innovative, and sustainable for RBCC’s future. Having vision is forward thinking, exciting, and should benefit the greater good for all members, our campus, and the Talon Tribe.
The Club’s Board of Governors is composed of 13 volunteer members, 5 of which are Executive Committee Members, who meet on a monthly basis and liaises with one of the Club’s Committees.
In 2024, the Board of Governors approved a refinement of the Club’s Committees to align with industry best practices, maximize utilization of Member skills, and enhance the efforts of Vision 2030. The Club’s Committees are divided into four categories: Strategic, Operational, Independent and Ad-Hoc. The Club’s governing documents including the Bylaws, Board Policy Manual (BPM), Committee Charters, Rules and Regulations, Operational Rules are reviewed annually and updated as needed.
The Club’s Bylaws are undergoing revisions with the assistance of nationally recognized attorney Robyn Stowell. These revisions will be presented to the membership in early 2025.
A Board Orientation is required for all new Board Members with a Board Retreat scheduled following the Club’s Annual Membership Meeting.
A “Board Update” is sent to the membership every month one week after the Board meeting and posted on the Member website.

Members and Guests often measure their experience at a Club by reflecting on treasured memories. Best Practices are consistently observed and frequently refined through every department of the Club Operation to enhance the overall experience at a Platinum Club of America.
