Accomplishments
Updated the Leave of Absence policy to reflect Club and industry best practices with a fair and consistent approach
Continued work on the refinement of categories to present to the Board and subcommittee regarding the membership categories
Revised the application process to offer online applications Coordinated and executed new member events, orientations, new member gifts, etc.
Designed and executed a new member engagement survey. Implemented monthly targeted communications for F&B, Golf, Racquets, and Recreations.
Designed a communications calendar to strategically outreach to the membership and employees.
Followed best practices with Club communications based on industry standards and consistently used member influencers, round tables, push notifications, social media, email marketing, etc.
Analyzed the membership make up alongside Strategic Planning Committee to better understand where to focus the future of membership.
Started a RBCC podcast called 1925 Speak Easy which has been downloaded over 360 times
Executed a bimonthly centennial newsletter, Soaring Through the Decades

Improved expense management, resulting in more efficient operations without compromising member experience.
Expanded and upgraded Pool and Halfway House food offerings to enhance the member experience
Increased interest in the Wine Club with 26 couples, with yearend membership total 50 couples
Promoted a full-time Talon Tribe member to Bar Supervisor and Sommelier which helped improve wine sales by 8% since last year
Elevated à la carte lunch and dinner menus, showcasing seasonal flavors and member favorites.
Introduced off-season cooking demonstrations and classes led by Chef Carolyn, fostering member engagement. Enhanced the beverage program with an expanded craft cocktail menu.
Promoted key team members from within, including Sous Chef Quinn, Sommelier and Bar Supervisor Kyle Morris
Welcomed new Clubhouse Manager, Jonathan McAuley, to the leadership team.
Successfully executed the largest-ever July 4th celebration (1563), setting new attendance records.
Flawlessly executed high-profile events, including the Tiafoe Reception, Tiafoe Exhibition, and Centennial Gala.

Accomplishments
Navigated a very busy season and a packed calendar
Expanded growth in all events, specifically ladies programming. Oversubscribed all men’s events this year.
Raised awareness of the Green Initiative (water bottles) program and our mindfulness on the environment and has drastically reduced water bottles on the course. Currently from a financial aspect which correlates to plastic bottle output we are below budget by $5k
Installed a water and ice machine back to the Golf Shop cart staging area
Completed a Golf Shop beautification (flowers/Landscaping) this Spring. Special thanks to Courtney for all her work on enhancing the Golf Shop landscaping.
Hired Makaela Lauritsen as the Merchandiser for the Golf Shop. Increased Merchandise offerings in the Golf Shop with the addition of a Racquet’s specific area and incorporated tennis apparel in the golf lines throughout the Shop
Incorporated and sold both the eagle 100 logo and the wagon logo successfully
Replaced over half of the push cart fleet with new push carts. Exceeded the USGAs requirements for their championship conditions including greens stimping over 12ft every day throughout the season.
Finished the season with the golf course in good shape after one of the worst summers (agronomically) in recent years
Remodeled Hole 15 in house The finished product looks and plays great, while also helping immensely with the drainage on 14 fairway
Removed all the thick fescue from around 19 green and replaced it with low cut bermudagrass to match 15 more closely. The sand has been replaced to match the rest of the course.
Topped the bunkers with sand and freshened up as needed.
Hired Courtney O’Neill as the new horticulturalist Her sustainable gardens are already making huge improvements with much more to come!
Relined the five worst drainage pipes leaving the property – the remaining ones will be done later as they are not in critical condition.
Created a tree inventory by a certified arborist on the west side of the property.
Added an electric pump by the tennis courts to minimize noise in that area

From April through August 14, pickleball play increased by 12% year-over-year, with 1,585 total participants (Members and Guests) using the courts for reservation play. Tennis reservations saw a 26% increase, with 2,101 total participants for reservation play only.
Pickleball court usage consisted of 57% Regular Members and 40% Social Members Tennis court usage was 55% Regular Members and 34% Social Members
Events, clinics, and drill groups drew 2,779 participants through August 14, with nearly every event reaching capacity and many clinics maintaining waitlists
Accomplishments
Strengthened Professional Staff. Successfully recruited a team of skilled Junior Pros to meet the increased demand in racquet sports, retaining Head Professional Bill Wissinger for his third year. Despite challenges in sourcing a full-time, seasoned staff professional, we assembled a consistent and qualified team to meet members’ needs.
Notable increases in participation for clinics, drill groups, and private lessons.
Completed the fourth year of our winter events in Florida, with expanded participation on both the East and West coasts.
Increased food and beverage sales through the introduction of event fees.
The Tiafoe Event An event Terri had planned for the 100-year anniversary celebration Through an incredible team effort and the support and participation of the Racquets Community and many of the RBCC Members, we were able to host a world class tennis professional and several equally talented professional tennis players at RBCC This event was one to be remembered and one of the proudest moments of Terri’s 10-year career as the RBCC Racquets Director
After 10 years as RBCC’s Racquets Director and 40 years as a racquet professional, Terri had made the bittersweet decision to retire. Terri is extending her heartfelt thanks for your support and friendship it has been a privilege to serve you and to conclude my career here.

Current Happenings
Scheduling for upcoming fall and winter programs is underway to ensure a full offering of fitness classes for members.
Planning a Wellness Member Retreat for 2026, focusing on enhancing member health, balance, and engagement
Preparing the FY 2027 Pool and Fitness budget to ensure strategic alignment with operational goals
Developing pool events calendar for next year to increase member engagement.
Planning is in progress for the 2026 Swim Team, including scheduling, coaching support, and program development.
Exploring options to expand pool shade coverage for the 2026 summer season, improving member comfort and usability
Reviewing from 2025 and scheduling the camps for summer 2026 to provide a variety of engaging activities for children of different age groups.
Accomplishments
Upgraded Pool Deck Surface: Installed a new, more visually appealing and durable deck finish, improving both aesthetics and longevity.
Replaced decking boards around the baby pool to prevent young children from being exposed to hot surfaces.
Avoided any serious injuries or medical emergencies occurred this season, thanks to proactive monitoring, and quick staff responsiveness
Introduced durable, reusable plastic cups, significantly reducing single-use plastic waste compared to previous seasons
Added healthier options to the Upper Deck Pool Menu, including an organic smoothie mix made with real fruit juice, Açaí Bowls, Mediterranean flat bread, and much more
Expanded the drink menu to provide more variety and quality choices for adult members, added some new non-alcoholic beers as well.
Offered a dedicated kids’ buffet during high-volume weekends, speeding up service while giving children more variety.
Installed a chalkboard on the pool deck to highlight daily food specials in an eye-catching way.
Introduced variety of new fitness classes (Pilates, Tai Chi, Zumba, Second Day of Water Aerobics)
Increased participation in Fitness Classes. Members enjoy the variety of classes offered.
Created a gym certificate program for Junior members (12 years to 16 years old).
Refreshed look for the Fitness Center.
Increased Personal Training for Fitness Center and swimming lessons
Monitored member Fitness Center use with Paxton Key system
Offered 10 weeks of summer camp at the Club Kids had the opportunity to learn golf, tennis, swim, travel to Lewes Historical Museum, learn dancing and acting, how to be a RBCC Ninja Warrior and so much more
Increased camp participation by 21% verse last summer Erika and her team are continuing to build the program.
