I notice that they prefer Banarasi and Tussar silk fabric these days. USP What makes us different from others is that we don’t repeat any design, however popular it may be. We customise patterns on fabric, following the customer’s taste. This makes our fare exclusive. We have 10 to 15 colours in every design. You won’t get this range anywhere else.

Team Spirit I could build a well-knit team. We are 40 people working here. They are thoroughly trained & know what the customer wants. I understand the problems they face as I work along with them. At the same time, I give them adequate freedom to learn and improvise. These are the people whom I can call and tell, “I can’t make it to the shop today. Can you run the show for me?” The show goes on even in my absence. They know my working style.

Varied Experiences All of us face rude or angry individuals at one point or the other. How you handle the situation is what defines your trade acumen. Handle it well, you are bound to have the customer coming to you again, otherwise, there is every chance of his turning away from you forever. You must lend a patient ear to them as an unhappy customer is always the most honest. It gives us opportunity to learn about our lacunae and set them right.
