GREAT PLAINS WELCOMES KADE KILLOUGH TO OUR MANAGER-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM by Vicki May
ade is a May 2021 graduate from Oklahoma State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ferguson College of Agriculture. Kade worked as an intern at the Great PlainsStillwater store prior to graduating from OSU, and he accepted a position in the Great Plains Manager-In-Training program, EQUIPPED, just prior to his graduation this past Spring. The goal of EQUIPPED, is to develop leaders of character over a period of 16-18 months to manage and serve in leadership roles within our Great Plains dealerships throughout Oklahoma. Kade will work for four to five months in each of our business segments of Equipment Sales, Parts, Rental and Service. At the end of the program, Kade will be "EQUIPPED" with a working knowledge of Equipment Sales and Rental, Parts and Service. The goal of the Great Plains Manager-In-Training program is to develop leadership that is focused on Character, and to instill a passion in tomorrow’s leaders that will impact employees and customers, the communities where we are privileged to serve, and wherever we can provide equipment solutions to customers who love and work the land. Kade has completed his first segment in the Parts department at the Great Plains Stillwater store, and he is currently learning about the Rental department and rental equipment at Great Plains Ada. We are thrilled to have Kade Killough in our Manager-in-Training program, and we look forward to "Equipping" him to serve you well. These accomplished leaders understand the interaction between the departments of Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental, and the interdependency of one department to another, and they understand the roles of employees within the operation. Additionally, leaders who are distinguished by completing the program, are pre pared to share their knowledge and the lessons that they have learned to better equip employees and customers. The Manager who is identified as Equipped, distinguishes himself or herself with qualities and acumen which are unparalleled in our industry.
