GERALD & GAYLA BROWN Double G Ranch

equipment paired with good relations help Gayla and Gerald Brown's business. Located in Rush Springs Okla. the newly built Double G Event Center serves as both an event center, boutique, and sale barn for the production sales of the Double G Farms. Double G Farms is owned by the Brown's and their cattle partner Doug Jones, and is run by Operations Manager Joel Judge. The Browns also own a local welding shop, and they're set to open the Double G Beef Market in downtown Rush Springs very soon. The Beef Market will be at 408 Blakely Street and it will offer the registered Angus beef from the Double G, along with beef hot dogs and a thaw out service. their friend, and GP Rep, Josh Long. When asked what his favorite Kubota was Gerald was quick to mention the SVL. "We've bought lots of attachments for our skid steer. You name it, we use it for just about everything. It gets used daily, and the best part about it is it's air conditioner," said Gerald. They have had two successful production sales, but the Browns aren't narrowing their focus just to sales at their event center. Gayla commented on their business's diverse future. "Our future is with our cattle. We invested in a place that will become our finishing center which could finish as many as ten to twenty thousand yearlings. Another property will be our bull development center. This location will be able to house 500-700 bulls, all of which would be on our L&C feed program,"said Gayla.
