One For All .. All For One

One For All .. All For One is designed to encourage interactions between differentgenerations, in a warm and functional space. This welcoming place provides an environment conducive to exchanges, mutual learning, and the creation of lasting social bonds between children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Equipped with versatile areas, the center includes spaces dedicated to educational, artistic, sports, and recreational activities, as well as places for relaxation and socializing. With its open and bright architecture, the center aims to foster a true sense of belonging and community, where everyone can contribute and enrich themselves through the experiences of others.

- The site is located in an urban area combining residential and commercial developments.

- The site is flat and does not have any significant topographical features.

- The site is easily accessible by public transport, with several bus and metro stops nearby.

- The site is near several important landmarks, including the Bardo Palace and the Bardo Museum.

- There are several other entertainment venues in the area, including restaurants, cafés, and a large park (the Belvédère Park).

PROJECT X

PROJECT X aims to offer an innovative and versatile cultural space, featuring multiple cinema halls, a small theatre school, and a friendly dining area. Designed to meet the needs of a diverse audience, the complex includes cinemas of various sizes and atmospheres, suitable for screening mainstream, independent, and art-house films. The theatre school provides aspiring actors with the opportunity to explore dramatic arts in a stimulating and professional environment. A modern and cozy dining area complements this meeting and relaxation space, making the complex a true cultural hub where cinema and conviviality merge in a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere.

ATTIC OF FLAVORS

The Attic of Flavors is a vibrant space dedicated to Tunisian cuisine, bringing together a variety of food stalls, fruits, vegetables, and local products under one roof. Designed as a true modern and welcoming market, this place invites visitors to explore and savor the rich culinary heritage of Tunisia.

Market in Tabarka

This architectural project proposes the creation of a temporary fish market in the coastal city of Tabarka, known for its rich maritime culture and abundant waters. Designed to highlight the marine heritage and boost local trade, this temporary market offers residents and visitors direct access to freshly caught seafood. The space is designed to seamlessly integrate with the coastal landscape, featuring an open and lightweight architecture inspired by fishermen’s huts.

Conversion of the SILOS

This ambitious project aims to transform an old factory and its abandoned silos in Mégrine into a dynamic and versatile cultural center. Located in the heart of a rapidly developing neighborhood, this transformed space celebrates the fusion of industrial history and contemporary creation. By preserving and adapting the original structure, the project enhances the raw architecture of the silos, which are repurposed as exhibition spaces and galleries.
