#1 LUXURY BROKER IN THE WORLD IN 2018

We were privileged to stand among national finalists for the Top Luxury Brokerage award and are very proud to have won the highest honor in luxury real estate, by Inman Golden I Club 2025.
For over fifty years, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the real estate industry. As a privately held brokerage, we’re not beholden to shareholders; not afraid to innovate and invest in building an exceptional company with the best marketing, most advanced technology, and entrepreneurial agents.
Early on, I sat on a Sotheby’s Advisory Board, and we represented Christie's in Naples. But franchises are not like us. High-profile clients, like Martha Stewart, Jeffrey Bagwell, Phil Donahue & Marlo Thomas, and Tommy Hilfiger, expect an exceptional luxury experience. Our luxury specialists collaborate with Jamie Zdru, our Executive Director, William Raveis’ Luxury Properties Division, to deliver clients personalized concierge services and individually tailored marketing plans. In partnership with Luxury Portfolio International®, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, our team brings local
expertise together with global buyers from around the world.
What about 2026? My prediction is all price categories, including most of our high-end markets, will see a bump. While there will always be local and regional differences, the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates is causing a surge in overall activity. As sellers come back into the marketplace and inventory builds, buyers will enjoy a wider selection of homes. It’s a win-win. There is tremendous positivity in the housing market, from the Northeast to the South and back.
William Raveis has number one market share across our regions. Two of the larger Palm Beach estates, at $150M and $95M in Manalapan, FL, are showcased within this edition. We continue to expand our agent network in Charleston, SC, Nantucket, MA and the East End, NY desirable U.S. locations in which our clients want to live, work, and vacation. Our luxury brand resonates everywhere.
Please take a few moments to review the market data. We’re happy to answer any questions now, or in the future.

As a long-standing member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) referral network, William Raveis has witnessed remarkable growth and evolution in the global sector. Initially a handful of members outside the United States, the LeadingRE network now spans over 70 countries. This steady growth has expanded our international capabilities to serve the luxury marketplace more effectively and efficiently.
Working with clients in other countries can present unique challenges and expectations. Transparency is key. Kim Givens, Vice President of William Raveis Relocation, shares, “Real estate practices vary by country, adding nuances to the process. We strive to keep our clients informed about the realities that exist in each market, including differences in real estate practices.” For instance, many regions lack Multiple Listing Services that are similar to what we have in the United States. The level of buyer and seller representation may vary significantly by country. Response times and communication styles are culturally based, so having local knowledge and insights from experts is essential when buying or selling a home overseas.

Utilizing tools like WhatsApp for communication can help bridge the gap between international time zones, especially in countries that have extended holiday time. Additionally, William Raveis’ property listings appear on all member websites in over 70 countries. Jamie Zdru, Executive Director for William Raveis Luxury Properties, explains, “Through the LeadingRE partnership with Luxury Portfolio International®, our $1 million + properties are featured on luxuryportfolio.com, the Dow Jones network sites, and many others. A replica of George Washington’s headquarters at the Old Mill, on loan from the Raveis family in 2020.

William Raveis is widely recognized as the family company that gives back to the community. For years, they’ve supported the Nantucket Historical Association (NHA) and its mission to educate and preserve the rich heritage of the island. William Raveis was a Corporate Sponsor for the Asian Treasures exhibit, as well as the Anne Ramsdell Congdon art exhibition at the Whaling Museum—one of eighteen NHA landmarks.
Bill Raveis, a former Board Member for The Museum of the American Revolution, explains his passion for history, “I’ve been collecting Revolutionary War memorabilia for over 25 years because I believe that the men and women who started our country were the greatest entrepreneurs that ever existed.” The Raveis family underwrote the replica’s temporary relocation to Nantucket and, according to Niles Parker, NHA Gosnell Executive Director, “The tent, along with General Washington’s dining tent, became a centerpiece for our educational programming that summer.”
William Raveis believes in supporting local organizations like The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC). It was during the pandemic, when funding was at a low point, that William Raveis stepped up as Title Sponsor. Our commitment allows people of all ages to engage with the arts. Julie Wake, AFCC Executive Director, says, “Your company’s generosity has been transformative, helping us invest in artists, cultural organizations, and community arts programming across Cape Cod and the Islands.”

When visiting the island, stop into the Whaling Museum and tour the world’s finest collection of 19th century folk art, intricately carved by the sailors.
Each year, William Raveis sponsors an “Artist of the Year”. The AFCC program recognizes local artists whose work shapes, inspires, and creates connections within the community.

Florida is known as the ‘Sunshine State’ for good reason. With its 1,350 miles of coastline and 230 sunny days to enjoy, the peninsula is the only state in the U.S. that borders both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of America. Additionally, this boating, fishing, and golfing capital of the world has more than 7,700 lakes, 11,000 miles of rivers, and 2,275 miles of tidal shoreline.
Starting in Naples, William Raveis has grown its footprint to over 20 Florida offices.

Environmental stewardship has always been top-of-mind for William Raveis. Our company has stepped up to become Lead Sponsor for The Conservancy of Southwest Florida and the Naples Botanical Garden. Among a host of fundraisers and events, William Raveis proudly supports Magic Under the Mangroves, a beloved annual gala to help protect endangered species and restore habitats. Likewise, at the Naples Botanical Garden, Hats in the Garden brings a festive flair with its elegant celebration of nature and community.
Since 2003, the William Raveis Charitable Fund (WRCF) has passionately supported leading-edge cancer research. Ten years ago, WRCF partnered with Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising nearly five million dollars. Beauty is not just in the eye of the beholder. In fact, Eric Roseff, who was classically trained in decorative arts, has worked with a veritable kaleidoscope of colors, textures, and patterns over the years. The expert ‘Mixmaster’ blends styles to reflect not only what clients like, but how they like to live. Eric says, “Curated eclecticism is an aesthetic that I love. We dare to dream big, take risks, and make the space truly outstanding.”
Roseff’s most noteworthy projects are an estate on a private island, properties at the Yellowstone Club in Montana, historic townhouses in Boston’s Back Bay, and a boutique hotel. Material selections may vary with climate and location. The principal design must focus solely on the client, the people who live in the home. He cites a challenge that brought about an extraordinary result. “The homeowner suffered from a bit of claustrophobia, so we engineered an all-glass commercial elevator that sped up five floors in under eight seconds. The impossible became a stunning centerpiece for the home.”
Enveloping an entire room in strong, saturated, and sophisticated tones—teals, deep pinks, and greens or earthy, warm neutrals makes a magnificent impression when used monochromatically. Eric explains, “Often I will sit and listen to the space and come back at

various times just to observe the light. You pay attention to the proportions, the surroundings, which is why I like to incorporate locally sourced materials. They can bring a sense of place and identity to the interiors.” Another client sought the exact opposite for his family home on Nantucket. It could exist anywhere in the world.
A common request is for comfort, uber livable interiors featuring quality materials that last. They prefer flexible and adaptive, or a combination of traditional and contemporary elegance. He adds, “The living room is making a comeback. No longer is it a strictly formal space but a multi-functional place to relax, work, and entertain. Also, uncluttered kitchens with clever and cohesive doors and retractable walls to hide appliances.”
And ofttimes overlooked—the ceiling or fifth wall. Along with vintage lighting, ceilings make a great statement piece. With floors, patterned stone and tiles for bold impact. True outdoor living, entertaining, and dining spaces complete with a full kitchen, pizza ovens, outdoor TV, major sound systems, and fireplaces. A seamless transition, with outdoor furniture that’s stylish to feel like you’re in an elegant living or family room with custom lighting to complete the look.

“Going against the norm yields the most exhilarating and successful interiors. Coastal homes don’t have to be nautical blue and white, just as mountain homes always rustic.”
– Eric Roseff

Edmund D. Hollander, FASLA President
We invited Ed Hollander, Principal of Hollander Design | Landscape Architects, for his perspective on today’s residential garden design.
Q. Your firm, like William Raveis, spans the whole Eastern Seaboard—have you noticed any common patterns or requests lately from your East Coast clients?
A. While each project is unique, there’s a growing trend for landscapes that reflect healthier lifestyles—lives that are more casual, where people are dining, recreating, and enjoying the outdoors. People are living in their gardens and landscapes, enjoying the sounds of the birds and the fragrance of the flowers, and spending time with family in a place that nurtures the soul.
Q. How do you adapt your approach or creative vision based on location and region?
A. The first consideration is ecology, which sets the tone for all our work. The understanding of our natural environment that we find on the site in many ways drives our design approach.
Because we work all over the country, and in fact everywhere from Taiwan to Scotland, we must be very sensitive to everything that makes up our site—from the underlying geology to the soils that
we work with, to the vernacular and indigenous vegetation that grows in each area. These will always be our guides and will ensure our designs reflect the context of their location.
Q. And what about other influences like culture, coastal conditions and the weather?
A. Even within a local area, there are variations in the indigenous landscape and vernacular architecture that greatly influence our design process. A project on the ocean may look very different from a house built 10 miles inland, whether this is in the woods or an open field. Properties on the ocean, properties on the bay, village homes—all have different contexts that result in different designs reflective of each individual site and family.
Q. Are wellness and sustainability decisions more than aesthetics alone still in play?
A. These factors underlie nearly all our design decisions at this point. The years of the formal rose garden or boxwood parterre that required great amounts of chemical and human intervention are giving way to landscapes that welcome the birds, the bees, the butterflies—as well as the children and the grandchildren. Some of my favorite plantings are pollinators, not only are they beautiful, but good for the environment.

“With
every design, we respect the natural, architectural, and human ecologies unique to each place in the world. This creates enduring, beautiful places that become fulfilling expressions we call home.”
– Edmund D. Hollander

William Raveis expanded into South Carolina in 2023 and continues to grow its luxury brand presence across the Lowcountry, Charleston, and beyond.

Wake to sweeping Atlantic Ocean views from this exquisite, four-bedroom, five and one-half bathroom Mediterranean estate in the exclusive gated community of Stella Del Mare.
Once you cross the bridge, it feels like an escape to your own private island. This beautiful home is superbly finished with hand-laid walnut floors, carved travertine marble, silk wallcoverings, and wrought-iron detail.

Built in 2004 and constructed using a Hebel Block system, this home was built for generations to come. New England weaves architecture, culture, and landscapes into one memorable image. Along with the country’s earliest towns, the region is full of natural beauty. From the rocky coastline to the Green Mountains, inspiration is everywhere. American art and cultural centers, such as Tanglewood, draw visitors from far and wide.
For decades, William Raveis has helped clients find their classic summer retreat on Lake Winnipesaukee, their seaside escape in Rhode Island, and their winter getaway in Vermont.

Presenting a once-in-a-generation opportunity to own one of the finest estates on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Superbly located in America’s classic summer resort town, discover 10,300 square feet across two homes on 1.76 acres with 350 feet of shoreline! The magical views of the Lake and Belknap Mountains will never cease to amaze family and guests.

A sun-filled main house offers generous entertaining and living spaces, five bedrooms, and seven and one-half bathrooms. When more space is needed, a carriage house recalls the charm of Winnipesaukee’s lakeside cottage era. The property itself is a crown jewel—grandfathered with an over-the-water boathouse, private sand beach, and enviable position—front and center on the lake.
With a custom designed brook, level lawns, freshwater pond, along with a bridge to a private island that invites you to sit back and relax, this home is a rare find.
