We’re everywhere on social media, come join us! Please be sure to LIKE all our pages and update your social media accounts to reflect your affiliation with William Raveis. Also, be sure to like and follow your local office social media accounts.

Visit Facebook.com and log into your account. Search @williamraveis in the search bar on Facebook to visit our company Facebook page & click LIKE! To update, go to the page, then on the left-hand side, click About. Scroll down and you will see options to change your page name if necessary, create a username (very important for tagging!) and change your office address & phone number.

Visit Instagram.com and log into your account. Search @williamraveis by tapping the magnify glass icon and typing it in. Then follow our main company account! In your profile on Instagram, tap Edit Profile. Here you can change your page name, user name, website, and bio. Add contact information as well. Tap Done. Start posting listings and Instagram stories immediately! Be sure all of your posts include the hashtag #WilliamRaveis!

Visit Linkedin.com and log into your account. On the top toolbar, click on “Me.” You will see your profile. Click on the pencil icon to edit your current position.

Visit Twitter.com and log into your account. Search @williamraveis in the search bar and follow the company page! Click the icon on the top righthand corner with your profile picture. Slightly below it, click Edit Profile. Now you can edit your name, biography, profile and header photos, and more. (Formally known as Twitter) RTS is here to help.

Adding the Outlook App (Apple & Android)

1. Search Apple App Store or Google Play Store for the Outlook App

2. Click Install and then Open once the install is complete

3. Enter your Raveis email address

4. Enter your Raveis password

5. Click Skip, unless you have another email account you wish to add

Two-Factor Security Authenticator

1. Go to Raveis365.com

2. Sign in with your username and password

3. Click Next when it says More Information Required

4. On your phone, download the Microsoft Authenticator App

5. In the app, add a new account and when asked select Work or School Account

6. Scan the provided QR code on the computer screen using the app and follow the instructions to complete setup for two-factor authentication.

Access through the SkySlope tile on Raveis365

SkySlope Procedures

As a real estate associate with William Raveis Real Estate, you are required to provide your broker with all contract related documents and disclosures within 48 hours of these documents being signed by your client so that the broker is aware of the transaction and can retain these documents in the broker’s records.

All documentation, including but not limited to; a sales contract, buyer agreement, listing contract, an amendment to a listing or sale contract, buyer or seller disclosures, William Raveis disclosure or other internal forms, escrow deposits receipts/verification forms, commission verification forms, commission registration forms, closing statements, and any other document required by William Raveis Real Estate or which may require broker signature should be submitted electronically through SkySlope. You may start your paperwork in the Skyslope Forms section and utilize Digisign for digital signature or you may create your file first and upload executed docs to the file.

Helpful Reminders & Suggestions

• Be sure that the property address is correct and that all client contact info is included within the Skyslope file. Accurate phone numbers and email addresses are required.

• Confirm that the checklist is the correct checklist for the type of transaction.

• Assign the documents to the checklist using the split and assign tool.

• Please be sure to update closing dates and any price adjustments as they come in. Your SkySlope file is your communication tool to your RTC. We rely on the information you input to accurately pay you your commission.

• If a listing deal should fall thru, you will need to start fresh with a “new listing file”. Do not add an accepted offer into the same file that just fell thru.

• Your RTC will close and Archive the file when all documents are received and your commission will be processed.

• Think of Skyslope as your filing cabinet. Your file will never go away. If you need to access it 5 years from now, it will be there. You can store as much information, paperwork and even photos as you would like.
