When we listed the property on October 22, 2024, the real estate landscape shifted unexpectedly. Despite the market slowdown, we’ve generated meaningful interest: 25 in-person showings and 3 FaceTime tours. Notably, three prospective buyers visited multiple times with their builders. One ultimately purchased in Mediterra, another decided to remain downtown, and a third, an investor, couldn’t make the financials align.
