Education
Introducing the NEW Clinical Radiology Centralised Learning Program The Clinical Radiology Curriculum and Assessment Committee (CRCAC) is pleased to announce the launch of the new Centralised Learning Program (CLP). The CLP has been developed to complement the existing local lecture series that run within the training networks. The CLP is a 24-month lecture program, where a new session will be available monthly via the College’s webcast library to view on demand. Each session will run for 1.5–2 hours, usually consisting of two lectures which are delivered by a local Australian or New Zealand subject matter expert. Each session is designed around a theme, for example ‘Neuroradiology’, aimed at extending trainees’ knowledge base and providing access to expert educators who can help explore selected topics in greater depth. The content is aimed at the level of an early Phase 2 trainee, but is available to all trainees, Fellows and International Medical Graduates.
“Thank you to our CRCAC members, especially Dr Jane McEniery and Dr Sally Ayesa who have been instrumental in developing and managing the program. Thank you also to the members who have given of their time to develop the educational content for the sessions.” Thank you to our CRCAC members, especially Dr Jane McEniery and Dr Sally Ayesa who have been instrumental in developing and managing the program. Thank you also to the members who have given of their time to develop the educational content for the sessions. We are sure this program will be a great resource supporting local Clinical Radiology Training Programs.
