RANZCR New Training Programs 2022
Commencement of the New Training Programs
For the past six years there has been significant work undertaken to review the Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology Training Programs to ensure that they are high quality, aligned to best practice and prepared for future change. We are delighted to announce that the Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology Training Programs commenced for New Zealand trainees on 1 February 2022 and 7 February 2022 for Australian and Singapore trainees.
To complement the new Training Program is the launch of the new ePortfolio System, Training Program resources and redesigned Trainees section on the College website.
ePortfolio System
The Training Programs will be administered in a new ePortfolio system.
This platform contains trainee profiles and training information, records of all training requirements, facilitates the Work-Based Assessments, monitors trainee progress through each phase of training and identifies when trainees are eligible to sit an examination or progress through to the next phase of training. The ePortfolio System launched on 1 February 2022 for trainees and members involved in the Training Program. Resources and support are available from the College website. www.ranzcr.com/trainees
