Miniature Reeses Cups Thin Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Pre-made cream cheese frosting or homemade Edible eyes

By Elise

Instructions Remove the wrappers from the Reeses cups. 1. Break the cookies in half and then separate all of the pieces from one another so you now have four "bat wings". Scrape off the frosting and discard (or eat!) 2. Fill up a plastic bag with the store bought or homemade frosting. Cut off the tip of the bag and pipe frosting onto the back corners of the broken cookie pieces. 3. Press one cookie piece on the left of the Reeses cup and another cookie piece on the right of the Reeses cup. 4. Pipe frosting on the back of the edible eyes and secure on top of the center of the Reeses cup. 5. Enjoy!

In a separate large mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars together with an electric mixer until well blended. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently stir in ¾ cup chocolate chips. The dough will be soft. 4. Gently scoop dough into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place 3-4 chocolate chips into the tops of each cookie, point side up.

5. Add remaining chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave, on low power, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Just barely cut the corner off of a small ziplock bag (you want the hole to be very small to make your spider legs). Spoon the melted chocolate into the bag and use it draw spider legs on the sides of the chocolate chips. 6. Store cookies in an airtight container or freeze in a freezer ziplock bag.
