Welcome aboard as investors in QC Car Wash Fund I
The following information explains what to expect moving forward:
➢ You can expect to receive the following correspondence from us via email:
○ Bi-Weekly: brief update on the previous months operations. This will be sent out on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
○ Quarterly profit & loss statements from the trailing 12 months will be available in the investor portal.
➢ Manage your investor portal
○ The investor portal allows you to manage your investment in real time. Ensure your bank is properly set up in your account to ensure ACH distributions can be sent.
○ Important documents and updates will be uploaded to this portal for your easy access.
➢ Tax documentation timing:
○ Your K-1 for this investment will be available in the investor portal on or before March 31st.

➢ Monthly Distributions
○ You can expect your first distribution payment by the end of August 2024.
○ Your monthly distributions will be sent via ACH or check (if your ACH is not set up in your investor portal).
➢ After your first distribution, expect a 10% prorated return (Class A investors) or a 12% prorated return (Class B investors) until the end of the first 12 months of ownership.
➢ Sites 3 & 4 are anticipated to close on July 12th and site 5 on July 17th.
