• The rains haven’t hit the Peninsula yet, so AYSO will continue to rule the Hill with final regular season matches and playoff action taking place today. The Palos Verdes High football team won its first CIF playoff game last week and faced Pacific yesterday in second round action. Both softball and Pony League baseball have finished up Fall Ball action for the season and have opened up registration for the spring season. PVBA teams have been formed and have started practicing with the season slated to begin Dec. 5.
