I was allocated to group 4 for measuring and drawing. On-site measured drawing tasks, including plans, sections, and elevations. The beam, column, slab, stairs, and other structural components must all be present.
This phase of project 2, is the process of creating Quality Places where people want to work, play and learn in, which requires engaging and empowering people to participate in the process. This embraces a wide range of projects and activities that benefit the businesses around it to grow and the community's well-being.
This project is about developing high-quality locations in which people desire to live, work, play, and/or study. It is also an attempt how to transform a space with something new that might solve specific design intent with new pieces. The goal of this project is to rethink the places in which users will be able to experience interactive spaces and the arts of creation by exploring the proposed locations. The venues will also be used to commercialize technology and the arts, with significant spatial planning and facilities supplied to achieve their goals.
The lectures and tutorials in the Interior Architecture Design 3 module have taught me a lot. The lecturer's materials are easy to understand and helpful for completing the tasks. The first project is a group project. Fortunately, everyone was doing an excellent job. Assignment one taught me more about floor plans and section drawings. The second assignment, narrative drawing, really challenged me since it's a little imaginary, so I need to do more research. Actually, I felt that my work for the second project was a little weak, and I need to improve for the following semester. The last project is placemaking, which is a difficult and tough assignment since we have to consider space and boundaries in our design. However, through this project, I was able to learn about Enscape and certain SketchUp extensions that I was previously unfamiliar of. Also, after completing the final presentation to the reviewer, the reviewer feedback made me understand that something was still missing from my design and my board. Overall, I learnt a lot this semester, and I'm grateful to Miss Aida, Miss Fatimah, and Miss Nadiya for their advice, which allowed me to finish this module.
