lega de nuevo el verano, y la ilusión por todo lo que esta época del año nos evoca ya se respira en cada rincón de Puerto Portals. Especialmente en este 2015, en el que seguimos apostando por los eventos, entre ellos dos que van a dar mucho que hablar. Uno de ellos, el Campeonato del Mundo de la clase Transpac 52 que, entre el 13 y el 18 de julio, se disputa en aguas de Puerto Portals dentro del circuito de las 52 SUPER SERIES. Es ya uno de los eventos que más expectación ha levantado en la isla y fuera de ella, tanto entre aficionados a las regatas como en residentes y público en general. El ambiente que vamos a vivir promete ser inolvidable, entre la propia competición, la vida de toda la zona comercial del puerto y las animadas horas en el village de la regata. La otra novedad de este verano es The Sunset Market, un mercado de tardenoche que tendrá lugar el último miércoles y jueves de julio, y todos los miércoles y jueves de agosto, entre las seis de la tarde y la una de la madrugada. Estará compuesto de típicas casetas de playa de estilo italiano que, a lo largo del boulevard, pondrán a disposición de los visitantes complementos y bisutería, senallas, velas, jabones, etc. Deseo de corazón que todos los clientes y amigos que vengan a visitarnos en estos días, puedan disfrutar de unas horas agradables en Puerto Portals. Para ello seguimos trabajando, innovando y aumentando la oferta de nuestros servicios. Gracias por su confianza.

ummer is here again, and the excitement about everything this time of year evokes in us can be felt in every nook and cranny of Puerto Portals. Especially in 2015, when two activities are going to give people plenty to talk about. One of them, the Transpac 52 Class World Championship, which will be held from 13 th to 18 th July in the waters of Puerto Portals as part of the 52 SUPER SERIES circuit, is now one of the events that has raised the most expectations on and off the island, amongst both regatta enthusiasts and residents and the general public. The atmosphere promises to be unforgettable, what with the competition itself, the life revolving all round the port’s shopping area and the lively hours spent in the regatta village. The other novelty this summer is The Sunset Market, an evening-night market that will take place the last Wednesday and Thursday of July, as well as all Wednesdays and Thursdays of August, from 6 pm to 1 am. It will consist of typical Italianstyle beach houses which will sell accessories and jewellery, senallas, candles, soaps etc. to visitors all along the boulevard. I sincerely hope that all the customers and friends who come to visit us over these days can enjoy a few pleasant hours at Puerto Portals. er Sommer ist da und man spürt das heitere, sommerliche Flair überall in Puerto Portals. Vor allem in diesem 2015, wenn zwei Events den Hafen ins Rampenlicht rücken werden. Ein Groβereignis ist die World Championship der Transpac 52, die vom 13. bis 18. Juli im Rahmen der 52 SUPER SERIES in Puerto Portals ausgetragen wird. Das Event hat auf und auβerhalb Mallorcas für viel Furore gesorgt, sowohl bei Regatta-Fans, als auch bei Einheimischen und Besuchern. Die Regatta, der Trubel im Shopping-Bereich des Hafens und das vielfältige Entertainment-Programm im Village versprechen unvergessliche Tage. Zum ersten Mal in diesem Sommer präsentiert sich The Sunset Market, der am letzten Mittwoch und Donnerstag im Juli sowie mittwochs und donnerstags im August, jeweils von 18 bis 1 Uhr geöffnet ist. Die Stände sind den typisch italienischen Strandhäuschen nachempfunden und erwarten die Besucher auf der Hafenpromenade mit trendigen Accessoires, Modeschmuck, Korbwaren, Kerzen und Seifen. Ich hoffe von Herzen, dass all unsere Freunde und Klienten, die uns in diesen Tagen besuchen, schöne Stunden in Puerto Portals verbringen. Su capitán Andy Soriano y su tripulación están muy familiarizados con el éxito, al haber ganado el campeonato del mundo en Mini Maxi con el 72 pies. Pero 2015 es su primera temporada en clase TP52, navegando en el nuevo diseño de Botín & Partners. AZZURRA (Yacht Club Costa Smeralda). Con el nuevo barco diseñado por Botin y construido en King Marine, el equipo italo-argentino espera alcanzar el triunfo en esta edición. Ganaron el último Gaastra Palma Vela en Mallorca. BRONENOSEC GAZPROM (St Petersburg Yacht Club). Es su debut en TP52, y cuentan con un barco casi gemelo del Azzurra. El capitán Vladimir Liubomirov fue elegido regatista de vela ruso del año. GLADIATOR (Royal Thames Yacht Club & Royal London Yacht Club). Es uno de los equipos más conocidos, propiedad del empresario inglés Tony Langley. Su barco diseñado por Vrolijk fue construido en Italia en 2015 y destaca en condiciones especiales de viento. PAPREC RECYCLAGE (Francia). PAPREC RECYCLAGE (France). Led by owner Jean-Luc Petithuguenin, a distinguished French yachtsman and founder of the company the boat bears in competition.

Lleva navegando en la flota de los TP52 desde 2008 y es el equipo más laureado de la historia de la clase TP52. Cuenta con tripulantes ganadores de la Copa América. RÁN RACING (Royal Swedish Yacht Club). Es uno de los grandes favoritos de la flota TP52 y dispone de frecuentes podios en regatas. En 2013 se convirtió en campeón del Mundo de TP52 en Miami.

The team has been together for a long time and has made some great achievements in this way. QUANTUM RACING (United States). It has been sailing on the TP52 fleet since 2008, and is the team that has won the most awards in the history of the TP52 class. It has Americas Cup-winning crew members. RÁN RACING (Royal Swedish Yacht Club). One of the great favourites of the TP52 fleet, with frequent wins in regattas. In 2013 it became TP52 World Champion in Miami.

SLED (New York Yacht Club). Excelente equipo liderado por Takashi Okura, exitoso caña con más de 15 años de carrera profesional. Sled empezó en las 52 Super Series en 2014.

Einer der groβen Favoriten der TP52 Flotte, der bei zahlreichen Regatten auf dem Siegerpodium vertreten ist. 2013 gewann das Team die TP52-WM in Miami. SLED (New York Yacht Club). Hervorragendes Team unter Takashi Okura, seit mehr als 15 Jahren erfolgreicher Steuermann bei zahlreichen Regatten. Die Sled nahm zum ersten Mal 2014 an der 52 SUPER SERIES teil. AFTER SAILING El centro social de la regata promete una rica y animada programación. The social centre of the regatta promises a rich, lively programme of entertainment. Das Regatta-Village erwartet seine Gäste mit einem vielfältigen Programm.

l plano lúdico y social es otro de los puntos fuertes de una regata de esta magnitud. El 13 de julio está previsto un Welcome Drink para regatistas y participantes de la organización. Asimismo, el jueves 16 de julio se celebrará una Crew Party con propuestas gastronómicas del restaurante Tristán. Durante esta fiesta también actuará el grupo local “The Claps”, versionando canciones de soul y rock de los años 60 y 70. Además, el 18 de julio se llevará a cabo la entrega de premios a los vencedores de la competición y en la fiesta posterior actuará un dj. Pachá pondrá la música durante 2 días. En el mismo Village se servirán desayunos y almuerzos. Por las tardes habrá actuaciones musicales, shows y otros espectáculos de animación.

Lo que más me gusta de los días de regatas son las empopadas. Es una sensación fantástica. Los barcos sobrepasan los 20 nudos y planean en la popa. La flota de la TP52 tiene a los mejores regatistas del mundo, deportistas olímpicos y otros que han ganado la Copa América o la Volvo Ocean Race”.

7. MORENA Pez de roca especialmente nocturno, no tiene aletas y puede medir hasta 1’5 metros. Su pesca es bastante complicada porque es muy agresivo y muerde todo lo que se encuentre a su paso.

MURÄNE Der nachtaktive Fisch hat keine Flossen, lebt an Felsen und kann bis 1,50 Meter lang werden. Die Muräne ist schwer zu fangen, da sie sehr aggressiv und vor allem bissig ist. 8. GROSSER DRACHENKOPF Der Fisch von der intensiven roten Farbe hat den Körper voller Stacheln. Im Restaurant kommt er mit Kartoffeln geschmort auf den Tisch, doch auch gegrillt schmeckt er lecker. RESTAURANTE: Tristán. RECETA: Lubina a la sal. Se mezclan las claras de huevo y se añade laurel, romero y sal. Se sube la clara a punto de nieve. Extender la masa en la bandeja del horno y poner el pescado encima. Después cubrirlo con el resto de masa de sal. Hornear a 180º durante media hora. RESTAURANT: Tristán. RECIPE: Salt-baked sea bass. Mix the egg whites and add bay leaf, rosemary and salt. Beat until stiff. Spread the mixture on the oven tray and place the fish on top. Then cover with the remaining salt mixture. Bake at 180º for half an hour. RESTAURANT: Tristán. REZEPT: Wolfsbarsch im Salzmantel. Die Eiweiβe mischen und Lorbeer, Rosmarin und Salz zufügen. Das Eiweiβ zu Schnee schlagen. Fresh pasta made in the restaurant. The filling is prepared using a béchamel sauce made with the chopped fresh prawn tails. The ravioli are boiled for 4 minutes. To prepare the special house paella, sauté garlic shoots with clams, monkfish and cuttlefish. Afterwards, add ‘bomba’ rice and stock and bring to the boil. A esta mezcla se le echa mantequilla y nata, se tritura y se hace la crema. Para la gremolata, se ralla perejil, ajo y raspadura de limón. La remolacha se corta fina y se fríe en aceite hasta que dore. El lomo de bacalao horneado se coloca sobre el lecho de patatas y crema, y se decora con los crujientes de remolacha. RESTAURANT: Wellies. RECIPE: Baked cod steak on a bed of creamy potato and scallops with gremolata garnish and beetroot crunches. Cook the potatoes, stew the garlic, season the scallops. Add butter and cream to this mixture, blend and make the crème. For the gremolata garnish, chop parsley and garlic and grate lemon rind. Finely chop the beetroot and fry in oil until browned. Place the baked cod steak on the bed of potatoes and crème, and decorate with the beetroot crunches. RESTAURANT: Wellies. REZEPT: Kabeljau-Lende im Ofen gebacken, auf cremigem Kartoffelbett und Pilgermuscheln mit Gremolata-Kräutern und knusprigen Roten Beeten. Aunque es conocido en toda la isla por sus pizzas, el restaurante Diablito también ofrece platos internacionales como esta receta oriental preparada en wok. Lleva ajo, jengibre, salmón, cebolla, pimientos, shitake, pack choi, brócoli, noodles, salsa sweet chili, brotes de soja. RESTAURANT: Diablito. RECIPE: Salmon wok. Although Diablito is renowned all over the island for its pizzas, the restaurant also offers international dishes like this oriental recipe prepared in a wok. En Botánica Insólita no faltó la música, una banda sonora compuesta por estilos swing, soul, funk y la más auténtica bossa nova brasileña, para darle ritmo a la cara más ecológica de Puerto Portals.

IV AQUATLON PUERTO PORTALS

El 14 de junio tuvo lugar la IV edición del tradicional Aquatlon, que consta de una carrera de 7 kilómetros, alternando 3 kilómetros de running, 1 kilómetro de natación y otros 3 kilómetros corriendo de nuevo. En total, participaron unas 200 personas, entre deportistas profesionales, aficionados y niños. Los ganadores más pequeños del evento recibieron cursos para la Escuela de VelaPortals y una medalla por su participación. Los adultos se hicieron con el ansiado trofeo con forma de barco, así como con diversas cenas en restaurantes de Puerto Portals, entre otros premios.

Auβerdem gewannen die Sportler Abendessen in verschiedenen Restaurants in Puerto Portals.
