Fall is upon us, and with it, this seasaon brings change: changes in leaves, changes in temps, and changes in our routines and activities. We’re busily (and maybe reluctantly) trading our sun-soaked summer days for sweater weather, hot cocoa and football games. As we transition to this coziest of seasons, let’s take a look at four fall organization tasks that will prep your home for the chilly days!

"Judd is my number one go-to for anything insurance-related. For my clients as well as personal. Judd is a wealth of knowledge and is a great resource for understanding what type of coverage is needed for all di erent properties, cars, personal belongings, etc. If he isn't able to take on the policy he is well networked in the industry where he can at least guide you in the right direction. The thing I love about Judd is you know he's a straight shooter, he walks you through the process, and at the end, you know you're covered in the most comprehensive way without over-selling you on things that don't make sense. I have used and recommended him countless times and I can't speak any higher than the service that Judd and his team at Statefarm provides!" - Nick Giganti, C.E.O, Realtor

Real estate, on every level and in every city, is about building relationships.
IT IS NOT ABOUT COMPLETING A TRANSACTION.
Leadership comes in all forms. But one of the sure signs of it includes the willingness and ability to lift others closer to their goals.
That’s an area where Jen Singley excels.
As a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Philly, Jen specializes in clearing the path forward for those around her.
“One of my favorite parts of what I do is finding not only a house that people love living in but also making the purchase a sound financial investment to set them up for success in the future,” Jen says. “I enjoy the financial help that it brings a lot of people to own a property rather than just renting.”
Jen was born in Allentown, PA. As she grew up and came of age, she spent a lot of time visiting Philadelphia for sports events and concerts. And, when it came time for her to enter college, she chose Temple. When she completed her collegiate career, her path was set. She decided to stay in Philadelphia.
It didn’t take long for Jen to become introduced to opportuni ties in real estate.
“My stepbrothers are mortgage lend ers and got into the business in 2012,” she explains. “They convinced me to purchase a house. That was 2015. I loved the process and thought about it and decided to sign up for my real estate classes, and before I knew it, I put in my notice to be a REALTOR®.”

As Jen dove headfirst into starting her real estate career during the spring of 2017, she was happy to find a relatively smooth transition. After earning her license, she started parttime in real estate while still serving as head of operations at a local retail company — United By Blue — before entering real estate full-time during the summer of 2018.

January 1, 2012. He felt he had done everything he had learned from his parents and things he had learned in school. He was very diligent, and had graduated from both high school and college. Anthony was a stellar employee and a great networker. He had apprenticed with a landscaper then built his own successful side business while working a full-time job. He had been faithfully serving his loyal landscaping customers for the last decade. He took his passion, and his new real estate license, and tapped into his network. While helping others, Anthony also bought his first duplex in 2014, using his FHA loan. He felt like he was on top of the world. However, he learned about budgeting the hard way, as the market tightened and there were times tenants did not pay. In the latter half of 2015, he didn’t sell any real estate either.

Anthony prioritizes giving others the tools for success, and has a deep passion for empowering youth and new investors. He is a huge believer in exposure, and he loves “planting seeds” about the importance of good credit and owning real estate. Anthony plants these seeds in his own children by bringing them to showings, and plants them in other children by speaking in schools. He also speaks to youth who are transitioning from juvenile detention and are enrolled in re-entry programs.

“My goal is expansion, by providing service. I know I will also grow by hanging out with guys who have more experience than I do,” smiled Anthony. “This is bigger than just me! I learned a lot from Peter Tran’s book The Investment Blueprint, and Bob Burg’s book The Go-Giver. I know that the more people I help, the more people can help me. I am very passionate about teaching my peers how to leverage their nine-to-five jobs so they can invest in real estate, and I love educating inner-city youth on the importance of ownership and leveraging their passions into income. It’s real-life Monopoly!”

For many of us, the kitchen is the heart of the home, and many of our fondest holiday memories revolve around time spent cooking and eating with family and friends. Now is a great time to organize and swap out seasonal appliances and linens; move the dishes you’ll use most, such as mugs, roast ing pans and casserole dishes, to convenient locations. Take the time to replace any expired, essential spices.
