The Province Polemarch’s Message
The province’s official news organ, The Kappa Chronicle is designed specifically to highlight some of the myriad accomplishments of our undergraduate and alumni chapters as well as our esteemed members. I commend the current edition of this worthy publication for your edification. Kindly accept my heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing commitment to the recognized standards of excellence that distinguish a superior fraternity from an ordinary one.
The origins of happiness grow deepest in the sandy soils of volunteerism, which has been, and still is, one of Kappa Alpha Psi’s major focal points. For 112 consecutive years, we have consistently undertaken those special causes that benefit society’s marginalized and economically vulnerable. Our noble clan’s thrust is to devise meaningful ways to improve the world in which we live. To that end, we are developing viable avenues that manifest our dedication and commitment through our social action and humanitarian initiatives. As a corporation, it can rightfully be said that Phi Nu Pi is the magic ingredient that makes it possible for us to achieve success the old-fashioned way. We have reached a pivotal moment in our existence; clearly, we are motivated by an inflamed enthusiasm and an unbridled passion for achievement.

As a viable unit of our grand organizational structure, we must continue to prioritize and focus on our core strengths Our Eastern Province brothers, as it should be, work harder and smarter; they strive to provide exemplary programs and services in the localities where they are chartered We truly value their dedication to our long-standing goal of lending our time, talents, and resources to enhance the lives of our brothers and sisters. Our continuing challenge, however, is to keep our noble clan’s good name and its good works before the public at all times. Our local chapters, especially, are constantly formulating clearly defined strategic action plans for achieving our mission and for leaving that indelible Kappa mark on the footprints of time. Individually and collectively, I personally applaud your efforts to be worthy stewards of the rich legacy bequeathed to us by our foundational leaders.
