Brands need to tell stories about how their products make positive impacts on the community. We were tapped to tell the story of how a few local neighborhoods used Clorox products to help local members of community access laundromats free of charge.

HOUSE OF WORSHIP
EBENEZER AME
Ebenezer AME faced a challenge. As the pandemic pressed on, church goers were staying home & had lots of options to worship virtually. With an outdated infrastructure and set design- they needed to embark on an major upgrade. For Phase I - We started with a consultation - meeting all the key stakeholders of the church to assess their challenges and needs.
We came back with 2 set design options in a high and low budget range, along with a full list of equipment upgrade needs, and a report on our findings to include best practices they could implement to embrace technology, invite a younger generation to the online audience and maximize their ROI by finding other uses for the space when service is not taking place.
MAKING THE CHANGE WITH CHANGE CHURCH
Seeking a temporary solution to host their virtual services at the height of a pandemic, Production Rockstars produced a total of 9 sermons for CHANGE Church, pastored by Dr. Darius Daniels until they moved into their new facility in Atlanta.
Recorded at our BlackBox Studios, we produced services providing crew and control rooms, including the DirectorTre James, to record 2 services bi-weekly over the course of 3 months.
NEW BIRTH CHURCH
Having installed a 60’ x 16’ 2.9 mm LED display in their main sanctuary just weeks prior to the COVID shutdown, the need to pivot and service over 10,000 members virtually was the task at hand.
Armed with over 300 LED panels, and assortment of lights and newly-purchased BlackMagic cameras- we built out a virtual studio in 7K SF flex space which has now become the church’s new sanctuary!

WE TV’s SOCIAL SOCIETY S2
In February 2020, the Executive Producers of WE tv’s Social Society, a weekly, cultural talk show reached out to Production Rockstars they need a solution.
Their current vendor had provided them with a cost-effective but inefficient workflow and improper equipment. Both camera, lighting, crew, and control room were in disarray.
They also required new production management, a reworking of their entire production budget and the reallocation of many people and resources in order to make the remainder of the season as success.
With only 10 weeks left in the season, we had to move with urgency to turn the situation around and show improvements to the network.
We quickly came up with a solution to their problems, which start far ahead addressing the technical concerns.
We hired a new technical crew which included a new DP, camera operator, audio engineer, stage manager, TD. Production Rockstars CEO Tre James took over the Director role.
A major change was to relocate the control out of the studio and into another space, reducing noise levels on set.
