December 24 – Exile on Kettner / The Casbah, Little Italy One of San Diego’s finest holiday traditions, Exile on Kettner, returns on Christmas Eve. What started as a get together for musicians and friends with nowhere to go on the night, has now become a beloved local institution. As always, the night features a host of the city’s finest musicians playing the music of the Rolling Stones. Best of all it’s free. December 29 & 30 - Thee Sacred Souls / The Sound, Del Mar The biggest success story from San Diego in recent years, Thee Sacred Souls, plays a two-night stand at The Sound in support of their two 7” 45’s released this year, “Future Lover” and “Runaway.”
December 19 & 20 – A Very Sinatra Christmas Special / The Coaster Terrace, Belmont Park A night under the stars with music from iconic singer Frank Sinatra’s music catalog.
