The story started in 2018, when I, driven by the dream of making positive impacts, wanted to venture into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. By 2019, we were able to expand both the team and services, followed by the launch of our first flagship product in 2020.
We are happy to say that since then, the trajectory of growth and recognition has been growing exponentially for KANEXT Equipments. Our beginnings were humble, and today KANEXT Equipments proudly holds the position of a leading quality provider of material handling equipment and industrial cranes.

Our target audience predominantly comprises tycoons from the manufacturing industry, process industry, shipyards, ports, terminals, construction, as well as the oil and gas industries. Whether it’s heavy-duty lifting requirements in manufacturing plants or precise handling needs in shipyards, our materialhandling solutions handle every task with utmost perfection.

Each of these struggles is meant to test the intensity of your passion while trying to bring about remarkable changes in a particular industry. However, I have incorporated some strategies that help me stay composed through these challenges.
Time Management: Utilize time management techniques like time blocking to allocate specific periods for focused work on

important tasks. This helps me to be more productive during work hours and leave time for personal pursuits.
Take Care of Yourself: Prioritize healthy habits like getting enough sleep, eating nutritious meals, and exercising regularly. A healthy body and mind will enhance productivity and overall well-being.
Prioritize and plan: Identify what’s truly important in both your professional and personal lives. Schedule dedicated time for work tasks, hobbies, spending time with loved ones, and self-care.
Prime Insights: How do you keep up the pace with the changing market trends?
For this, you have to analyze knowledge channels, both offline and online. This will help you find the best sources available for relevant and up-to-date information. You can also closely stay connected with your customers to know how much they’re enjoying your services and what improvements need to be made.
Prime Insights: From your perspective, how much do you believe research and development are essential for the growth of the company?
Research and development are the supreme catalysts for growth and innovation. An organization that dedicates the right amount of R&D to its operations gets to taste the breakthroughs. In our engineering sector, R&D has played an imperative role in helping us maintain that competitive edge.
Prime Insights: How necessary do you feel it is to keep your employees content? How do you ensure it?
Trust is a vital part of the relationship between employees and a company. Your people need to feel that you trust them if you expect them to trust you in return. When you achieve that, they will start taking their tasks personally, thus increasing productivity. By giving them the freedom to do their job, they feel that their efforts are being respected and not taken for granted. So as a leader, my responsibility is to give them an environment where they are given the freedom to experiment.
Direct communication and clear goal-setting will keep your employees more focused and engaged. Remember, your employees are the assets that will help any company reach its full potential. Therefore, maintaining their holistic wellbeing is inevitable!

It all started with a dream and being passionate about it. My parents have played the biggest role in my life. I have learned all the essential values from them, and these values continue to guide me every single day as an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship involves the creation of a firm by an individual to actualize their innovative ideas. Although entrepreneurship is inherently risky, it also presents significant potential rewards. By fostering economic wealth, growth, and innovation, entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in driving progress and prosperity.

We are continually seeking new decision-making tactics to make the organization stronger. Our team is working to understand the impacts new technologies will have on KANEXT’s business. Inspired by family values and an unwavering love for work, I returned to Gurgaon, where my parents’ catering business was growing. The delicate balance between personal and professional life is maintained through effective time management and a deep-rooted passion for my work. From pursuing fashion and film and working with giants like Netflix, Viacom 18, Paris Fashion Week, MX Player, etc., the journey

As someone leading a business, my experience shares familiar faces of entrepreneurship, marked by various challenges and victories. Navigating through the ever-changing landscape of both the dynamic film industry and the food and beverage sector, that too right in between the COVID-19 pandemic, helped me realize the importance of resilience while following your interests. It showcased the necessity of adapting to uncertainties, which further fueled my determination to succeed. This journey has been a rich tapestry of learning, requiring a delicate balance between two distinct yet interconnected realms. Indeed, it has been an enriching experience altogether and I anticipate the future with enthusiasm, I can’t wait to unfold the experiences and opportunities that lie ahead.
Question 4: How have you managed to adapt your business model to changing market trends? Has research and development played an imperative role in it?
Staying at the forefront requires constant adaptation. Regular market research, engagement with industry trends, and fostering a culture of innovation within our work culture allow us to adapt to and meet the ever-changing trends in the culinary landscape. Another important role has been played by research and development in our growth. Exploring new flavours, culinary techniques, and sustainable practices through dedicated R&D initiatives has ensured that our offerings remain innovative, satisfying the dynamic tastes of our clientele.
Our specialized services for any institution are focused on providing clean food, we believe in making everything in house from spices, bakery products, indian sweets, etc. The shifting requirements of diverse geographies include designing menus with nutritious meals that range from all types of international to Indian cuisines. Our scoping team is assigned to diligently analyze each customer’s requirements to provide specialized support for each need.
Question 5: What are your thoughts on the type of competition CEOs are facing in today’s competitive business ecosystem?
In the competitive business landscape, I believe in maintaining a proactive stance. There is no room for complacency, and the commitment to innovation and excellence sets the tone for success in the ever-evolving industry. My parents and my sister, who navigated their way to success in business, remain my ultimate role models. From their humble beginnings, their journey inspires me daily. To those who look up to me, I convey the importance of resilience, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence as the driving forces behind meaningful success.
Question 8: What are some valuable pieces of advice you would like to share with entrepreneurs doubting their abilities because of stereotypes?
Break free from stereotypes. My journey from dance to fashion to films, and finally to the food and beverage industry, illustrates the power of embracing uniqueness. The entrepreneurial path is about challenging norms and creating one’s own narrative. Make your own destiny. In the loom of life, the power to shape your narrative rests in the hands of those who dare to dream and diligently work towards their vision.

Gourmer Services envisions an exciting future, including expanding culinary offerings, entering new markets, and solidifying our position as a global leader in redefining gastronomic experiences. I do not use the word struggle, as I don’t believe in it. It’s life, and you live it daily and cut it into hours to maximize your day. The only issue we continue to face even today is that it is not easy to convince the world of astrologers that a numerologist should establish himself as a credible face. It is equivalent to establishing yourself in a niche market against a tide of astrology. I changed my career many times, but the difference lies in my ability to see the future. I understand what it means to be in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right things. So from hotel management, it came down to software, which came down to the BPO industry. From BPO to the hospitality industry, and then finally, I moved to numerology. So it has been a journey of constant evolution.

Research and Development are the only ways any organization can maintain its edge. Even while establishing Agraneeh Man, I continuously engaged with my clients and evaluated their feedback over and over again. I would like to share a personal insight with you: I typically sleep for 3–4 hours each night and rely heavily on power naps to sustain myself. Every 15–20 days, I occasionally allow myself a couple of days off. Every day, I meticulously bifurcate my time into manageable blocks, constantly optimizing my approach to life. Either leading agencies were too costly or smaller companies lacked creativity, credibility, and passion. This moment served as a catalyst, sparking the idea of starting my digital creative agency. I was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the marketing and communication domains through a smart mix of technology and creative storytelling.
I firmly believe in the power of communication, and starting this company was not just a career move but a personal commitment to driving positive change in the digital marketing and communication domains. This passion, coupled with my experience and insights, led me to take the leap and establish Rosemary Interactive Private Limited.

When I first started Rosemary Interactive Private Limited, I encountered several challenges typical of a new venture entering the market. This involved extensive market research, strategic planning, and refining our value proposition to resonate with our target audience. Financial constraints and talent acquisition were also significant challenges in the early stages. Despite all these challenges, we approached each obstacle as an opportunity to learn and grow!

It was in 2021 that our U.S. business started. The decision to expand our services in the United States of America was driven by our vision to enhance India’s image as a leading IT superpower and challenge stereotypes associated with Indian IT professionals and workforce capabilities. We achieved this feat during the COVID-19 pandemic, when companies all around the world were struggling to sustain themselves.
