"That's me?" "What did you just eat?" "What were you thinking about?" "Were you locked out of your room?" "That's a great picture" "Gaffaw" These names and faces are just the beginning of the 1998-99 Preston community. Behind each is the Preston energy and talent that has decorated the gourds in the lobby fireplace; offered music of all sorts and at all times in the lobby; concocted chocolate, pizza, and Cookie Monster smells from the kitchen; produced silence, naps, and ahahs while studying in the JCR; flashed cards in the seminar room; invited trick-or-treaters to wait for a tum in the Haunted House; served meals; kept the porches an inviting place to dream; and encouraged conversations around a cotton candy machine and in the halls. And these are only snipits of this community's 1998-99 story. Preston stories and Preston people create the Preston Community. We hope this Facebook is one more tool that will enable the 1998-99 Preston community to make and remember a remarkable year.
