T he client, Narmada Bio Chem Ltd is engaged in producing fertilizers for the agricultural sector. With an imminent IPO and the need to consolidate operations of three distinct locations into one, this project was seeded in creating an entity that would inspire trust in business partners and embody the company’s growth. The brief, then, specified a simple building which would reflect the organization’s ethos and identity.

Always keeping things ‘simple, practical and yet aesthetically beautiful, the geometry of the built form emerged as simple, with clean lines, albeit decisively aspirational and global. The rationale behind this design direction was the sector’s considerable technological and biological advancements (organic farming, green houses, drip irrigation, cross breeding, etc), which could be embodied in the building as well.

CHALLENGES

For a conference room with seating capacity of 55 people, we made sure that the space was designed with proper acoustics so that the sound quality was not compromised. Due to a large sitting capacity, We also took care of the distance between microphones and speakers, so that every person gets a voice priority. AllAutomatic used an optimal design approach for echo cancellation in such a big room to create the perfect sound experience. It was also challenge to have video clarity to each and every person while having conference. Despite having 2 big facade walls, we were successfull in automating the conference room.

Corporates & Industries generally faces power management issues on a daily basis. The power management in a building needs to be efficient and with a staff of 350 people, power management was a big challenge! We Overcame this challenge by the green building concept. We had planned the entire building in such a way that when person is not in the office or even when the entire building is not occupied every power consuming devices will be switched off. This will reduce energy consumption and also is a very cost effective solution. It is also a nice way to feel good about your investment while doing your part for the environment. We also made the data management easy & user-friendly as well as easy to navigate by giving an equal bandwidth to each and every person to access central Data despite having having too many remote locations to one HQ monitoring room.

AllAutomatic has always believed in creating smarter work environments with Smart Automation technology. Despite facing various challenges, we were successful in making Narmada Bio in a smarter office space by implementing many special features. We understand the importance of making announcements in any corporate office or sharing a message with the team which reaches many at once, hence a good internal PA system with background music was added that will get your message across loud and clear. We made sure that in the all the dedicated conference room with a seating capacity of 55 people, the acoustics were properly designed with the best sound quality. Also, the microphones were placed in such a way that each person gets a proper audio range sitting anywhere in the conference room. Having 2 big facade walls in the conference room, we structured a proper automation plan & executed it. The same way all the huddle rooms were also designed & automated in the office. A prayer has the power to potentially change any situation, even the most challenging one, in miraculous ways. Keeping this in mind, we added morning and evening prayers to spread positive vibes in the routine of the employees in separate designated areas. The Director's cabin is the backbone of an organisation. The lighting & audio management of the cabin was done with latest technologies for creating the perfect workstation. Office peon calling system is a simple system designed for offices. Also, we added a unique feature by giving each and every office member a separate access to call peon whenever necessary. Smart Buildings Demand Smart Controls, Intelligent Solutions for Every Facility. There is a separate special office off feature to control lightings and Air-condition units. This system automatically turns off the lights after everyone leaves the office or building. It can also keep the thermostat at a temperature that saves energy without sacrificing comfort. This inturn saves a lot of energy and is efficient for power management and adds itself to green building concept. Our solutions are environment friendly and cost effective.

The challenge lies in seamlessly coordinating live performances across multiple zones without compromising audio quality. As guests enter, they are greeted by the harmonious symphony of live performances that effortlessly traverse multiple zones. The intelligent system deftly adjusts audio levels and distribution, ensuring that every note reaches the ears of captivated diners, no matter where they may be seated. But it doesn't end there – the central music system, a maestro of ambiance, envelops the premises in a tapestry of high-quality sound. Soft melodies serenade guests during meals, while energizing beats infuse special events with an irresistible pulse. In the waiting room, a tranquil sanctuary awaits, with gentle melodies floating in the background, allowing guests to embrace serenity as they anticipate their culinary journey.

TO CREATE a balanced audio environment, Monitors and manages speaker decibel levels in relation to surrounding AC sounds. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that neither sound element overpowers the other, providing guests with a perfect blend of soothing background music and comfortable temperature control.

TO STREAMLINE the ordering process and minimize delays, the restaurant utilizes its Wi-Fi network to track orders in real-time. The custom software enables waitstaff to relay orders from anywhere to the kitchen, ensuring prompt service and enhancing overall efficiency. Guests can enjoy timely and accurate service, adding convenience to their dining experience.

By integrating the audio system with the HVAC infrastructure, Under the Neem Tree achieves a perfect balance between sound quality and comfort. The careful placement of air conditioning units and speakers ensures that the audio remains unaffected, regardless of AC sound fluctuations. Guests can enjoy both excellent sound and optimal temperature control simultaneously. Like a beacon of enchantment in the night, a towering 11-meter pole stands tall in the lush lawn of Under the Neem Tree. Adorned with tunable lighting, this majestic structure possesses the power to transform the atmosphere at will. With a flick of a switch, the surroundings can be bathed in warm, golden hues, casting a cozy and intimate spell over the entire space. Alternatively, the lights can shift effortlessly to a pristine white, evoking a sense of elegance and sophistication. Mr. Bharat Patel envisions a family-oriented space where he can create lasting memories with his loved ones through shared entertainment experiences. His desire to watch a variety of movies and series from Hollywood and Bollywood, coupled with the convenience and comfort of an immersive home cinema, reflects his commitment to providing his family with the best possible entertainment environment. Additionally, Mr. Patel wants to bond with his children over video games and enjoy the excitement of watching thrilling cricket matches together. Mr. Patel and his kids can enjoy countless hours of fun and bonding. Moreover, State-of-the-art equipment will allow them to cheer on their favourite cricket teams from the comfort of their own home, capturing the thrill and atmosphere of live matches. We are dedicated to creating an exceptional home cinema that brings Mr. Patel's vision to life, providing his family with countless moments of joy, togetherness, and entertainment.

CHALLENGES

All automatic is always ready took on the challenge of creating a state-of-the-art orange home cinema in a client's house. The task presented several obstacles, including reverb and echo, adjoining rooms and soundproofing, HVAC layout, a home bar attached to the cinema room, glass doors (both fixed and movable), two doors opening towards the balcony, and a main entry door adjoining the passage and owner's bedroom. To overcome these challenges, the team employed specialized techniques and materials. They used acoustic panels, diffusers, and bass traps to reduce reverb and echo and strategically placed soundproofing materials to isolate the cinema room from adjoining spaces. The team also designed a customized HVAC layout to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels without creating unwanted noise. The home bar attached to the cinema room presented a challenge in ensuring that sound did not interfere with the cinema room's audio quality. The team used special acoustic materials to isolate the bar area from the cinema room

The main entry door adjoining the passage and owner's bedroom posed a challenge in preventing sound leakage into the bedroom. The team utilized specival seals and acoustic materials to minimize sound transmission through the door and ensure that the owner's bedroom remained peaceful and quiet.

One standout feature that sets Orange Cinema apart is its state-of-the-art odourless environment. By incorporating cutting-edge odour-absorbing materials, such as fabric with anti-odour properties and specially designed acoustic panels, the cinema effortlessly neutralizes any unwanted smells, ensuring a pristine and immersive viewing experience. Whether you're diving into the depths of a gripping thriller or indulging in the magic of a timeless classic, Orange Cinema's commitment to excellence and attention to detail guarantee an unparalleled atmosphere, free from distractions, where you can lose yourself in the captivating world of cinema.
