CHALLENGES

For a conference room with seating capacity of 55 people, we made sure that the space was designed with proper acoustics so that the sound quality was not compromised. Due to a large sitting capacity, We also took care of the distance between microphones and speakers, so that every person gets a voice priority. AllAutomatic used an optimal design approach for echo cancellation in such a big room to create the perfect sound experience. It was also challenge to have video clarity to each and every person while having conference. Despite having 2 big facade walls, we were successfull in automating the conference room.

Corporates & Industries generally faces power management issues on a daily basis. The power management in a building needs to be efficient and with a staff of 350 people, power management was a big challenge! We Overcame this challenge by the green building concept. We had planned the entire building in such a way that when person is not in the office or even when the entire building is not occupied every power consuming devices will be switched off. This will reduce energy consumption and also is a very cost effective solution. It is also a nice way to feel good about your investment while doing your part for the environment. We also made the data management easy & user-friendly as well as easy to navigate by giving an equal bandwidth to each and every person to access central Data despite having having too many remote locations to one HQ monitoring room.
