aroline believes that happiness is a choice regardless of our external circumstances and is a skill that can be cultivated by anyone. She is passionate about spreading this message as she believes that prolonged unhappiness can have major negative consequences in every area of our life, including our health. Experiencing breast cancer in 2017 fuelled her to more zealously pursue her mission of empowering individuals on every continent to unleash the best - or butterfly - version of themselves one day at a time, so that they do not share a similar experience to her.
