RIM CHRIKI

Born in Tunisia in 1980, Rim was nurtured by a supportive family, guiding her through life’s various challenges. Initially pursuing a passion for genetics, she focused her studies on biology to contribute to scientific research. In 2010, seeking a fresh start and drawn to cultural richness, Rim moved to Vienna, sparking her journey of profound personal change.

Through her experiences, Rim realized she was following societal expectations instead of her own inner calling. This awakening propelled her toward personal development and spirituality, shedding a victim mindset along the way. In this process, she discovered her true passion: inspiring and empowering others in their transformative journeys. By embracing the unknown and trusting her inner guidance, she unlocked new opportunities and drew supportive people into her life, empowering her journey further.

Inspired by a mission to guide others through transformation, Rim transitioned into coaching, empowering women entrepreneurs to connect with their inner wisdom to lead authentic, impactful lives and businesses aligned with their core values. By creating an environment of growth and authenticity, she guides her clients through significant personal transformations. Her clients enhance their joy and gratitude, find greater peace of mind, refine their intuitive abilities, and make decisions that resonate with their true selves, ultimately experiencing a deeper sense of authentic freedom.

She envisions a world where individuals are

FLORENCE AREWA

Florence Arewa is a visionary public health champion and the dynamic founder of ThriveTogether, a registered UK-based notfor-profit organisation dedicated to promoting physical and mental health, resilience, and well-being. Her focus is on addressing the unique public health needs of poorly served communities, often termed as “hard-to-reach audiences” in public health efforts, who frequently face limited access to tailored interventions.

Guided by the belief that the challenges we face today—whether social, environmental, or economic—are too vast for any one person or group to address alone, Florence’s work is rooted in the power of collaboration to drive transformative change.

This ethos of collective action has enabled her cornerstone approach to record remarkable outcomes. She mobilises and engages communities through partnerships with faith groups (churches, mosques), local leaders, community groups, and grassroots networks. These collaborations amplify public health messages and campaigns, deliver impactful health awareness and education, and provide tailored interventions that directly address the unique needs of underserved communities, promoting equity in access to vital resources. With a degree in public health and years of experience in local authorities, the NHS, and

the voluntary sector, Florence has become a formidable public health practitioner. Her expertise spans health promotion, strategic planning, and community engagement, allowing her to design and lead initiatives that reduce health gaps and promote well-being and inclusion within diverse communities.

At the heart of ThriveTogether’s mission is a commitment to advancing public health, reducing inequalities, and fostering inclusion, and equity. Under Florence’s leadership, ThriveTogether facilitates community-driven initiatives that promote mental wellness, resilience, and holistic well-being. The organisation empowers underserved groups by delivering workshops,

training programs, and providing resources to help individuals unlock their personal and professional potential.

Florence’s dedication and innovative leadership have not gone unnoticed. In 2024, she was honoured at the Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards for her outstanding contributions to public health and mental wellness. She continues to be an inspiring force, relentlessly taking a community-centric approach to build healthier, more inclusive communities where everyone can recognise and access the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Through ThriveTogether, Florence continues to inspire, educate, and uplift, fostering a healthier and more resilient community for all. Her vision is clear: to drive transformative change

by harnessing the power of collaboration and empowering individuals and communities to take charge of their health, well-being, and futures. Through ThriveTogether, she is turning this vision into a reality—creating a future where thriving is not just an aspiration but a shared reality for all, one initiative at a time.

Her work ensures that public health messages reach those most in need, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to thrive.

A scripture Florence lives by: “Beloved, I wish above all things that you may thrive in every aspect of life, enjoying good health and prosperity, even as your soul thrives.”

DR. (MRS.) VICTORIA ADEFUNKE ORIJI

EARLY LIFE, MARRIAGE, EDUCATION AND WORK

Adefunke Victoria Oriji nee Moronfoye is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and devoted minister of the gospel dedicated to empowering lives worldwide. Born to HRH DNA Samson Olanlokum and Mrs. Rachael Omofoyeke Anke Moronfoye on December 24, 1973, in Kaduna State, Nigeria, she married Lieutenant Colonel Olurotimi Olalekan Oriji (Rtd.) on March 15, 2003, and together, they have four children.

Victoria's academic journey began at L.E.A. Girls Primary School, Kigo Road, Kaduna State, Nigeria. She then attended Federal Government College, Azare, Bauchi State for her secondary education. Her tertiary education took her to Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic, Zaria, and Kaduna Polytechnic, where she earned her ND and HND in Accounting, respectively. Before transitioning into entrepreneurship and ministry, Victoria worked at KPMG Audit as an IT student and at Sulaiman and Co. as an audit trainee.

Committed to lifelong learning, Victoria holds postgraduate diplomas in Education from the National Teachers' Institute and Management Science from Kaduna Polytechnic. In 2021, she became a Chartered Accountant. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's in Organisational Leadership at Development Associates International (DAI) and studying at Rhema Bible College.

SPIRITUAL LIFE AND MINISTRY

At 28, Victoria surrendered her life to Jesus Christ. Her spiritual growth led her to join the Living Faith Church. During her National Youth Service in Makurdi, Benue State, Victoria attended a worldwide women's convention that sparked a vision to establish an orphanage. Although life's transitions delayed the realisation of this vision, Victoria finally heeded the call, and on March 15, 2013, The Blessed Touch Orphanage Home was officially commissioned and dedicated with the goal of promoting a society where orphans, vulnerable children and their caregivers are supported to grow into

responsible and productive members of the society.

It is currently home to twenty-five children, and over the past decade, it has witnessed numerous success stories. Some children have found loving adoptive families, while others have excelled in private and government secondary schools. One of the children is pursuing higher education at the Nassarawa State University, and another has graduated from the prestigious Air Force Institute of Technology in Kaduna State. Her commitment to giving extends beyond the walls of the orphanage as she regularly distributes generous donations received to other local orphanages, widows, destitute children, and missionaries in the community.

While grateful for the financial support of kind donors, she does not rely solely on donations. The orphanage is also self-sustaining through several hectares of farmland, which provides a significant portion of its funding. The proceeds from the farm are used to support the daily needs of the children, ensuring they receive the care and nourishment they deserve.

Driven by her God-given vision, Mrs. Oriji is committed to creating a society where orphans, vulnerable children, and their caregivers receive the support they need to thrive. To achieve this, she has acquired plots of land to establish the Grande Achievers Academy, a nursery and primary school dedicated to providing quality education to not only orphans but also underprivileged children whose parents struggle to afford school fees.

Victoria's deep devotion to prayer and unwavering commitment to the well-being of children inspired her to establish The Cry of Motherhood Forum. This innovative platform brings mothers together to pray online daily for children at midnight, supplemented by quarterly in-person meetings. Notably, Victoria's journey began two years prior, as she faithfully prayed alone for children before feeling led to invite other mothers to join her in this powerful endeavour.

Her annual Raising Arrows of God programme, rooted in her faith and guided by her vision for a brighter future, aims to empower children to become catalysts for positive change. Launched in August 2019, the inaugural event brought together orphans from every orphanage home in Kaduna State, fostering a sense of unity and inclusivity.

Although the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the pandemic, the programme resumed in 2021 on a smaller scale. However, in 2022, the event witnessed a remarkable surge in attendance, transforming it into a movement over the course of its three-day duration. The impact of the programme is clearly evident in its exponential growth.

PUBLIC SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Victoria is a sought-after speaker and has been invited to share her inspiring story, faith, and passion for empowering vulnerable children, young girls and mothers and at numerous events and engagements. She has spoken at

conferences, seminars, and workshops, inspiring audiences with her message of hope and resilience. Victoria is on the verge of releasing her debut book, which tells her story and promises to inspire and motivate young girls and ladies, to make healthy and right choices, so they can stand out, instead of going with the crowd.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

In appreciation of her selfless contributions and exceptional accomplishments, Dr. (Mrs.)

Victoria Adefunke Oriji has been a recipient of some awards of recognition highlighting her passion for empowering vulnerable children and young women through her foundation as well as her speaking engagements. Her selflessness and dedication have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her recent conferment with a Doctorate Degree of Divinity, Honoris Causa from Leadership Christian College and Seminary. This prestigious honour is a testament to her outstanding contributions to humanity.

LEGACY

Victoria's life is a shining embodiment of resilience and determination. Through her unwavering commitment to empowering vulnerable children, she has inspired countless individuals and transformed lives. Her remarkable journey, marked by challenges and triumphs, serves as a beacon of hope and a reminder that one person can make a profound difference. As an exemplary model of kindness, compassion, and perseverance, Victoria's enduring legacy will shape the values of future generations, fostering a world where kindness, righteousness, and humanity thrive.

Business & Leadership

EMERGING BEYOND THE BARRIERS

TAMMI DURDEN

Here is a thought to consider. Although women are on the rise, there are unseen barriers purposefully constructed to stifle the ascension and progression of females in leadership. Global research continues to show that women often have lesser career advancement opportunities and are less likely to be assigned leadership roles. Women with authority often face a multitude of challenges that can hinder their progress as leaders. These challenges stem from societal norms, workplace culture, and even systemic issues. Take a brief journey with me as I uncover a few challenges faced by women in leadership and ways to eradicate these issues.

GENDER BIAS AND STEREOTYPES

Unfortunately, traditional gender roles can make it harder for women to be seen as leaders. Women often face bias and stereotypes about their capabilities, particularly in leadership roles. These biases can manifest in assumptions about their emotional stability, competence, or ability to make tough decisions.

Potential solutions to conquer Gender Bias and Stereotypes:

• Data-Driven Decisions: Using objective metrics for hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations helps reduce bias in decision-making.

Microaggressions can contribute to feelings of isolation, decreased confidence, imposter syndrome, and can hinder women's career progression by making them feel less valued or taken seriously in their leadership roles.

• Mentorship Programs: Providing mentorship opportunities where women can get support from other leaders helps empower them and counter stereotypes.

• Awareness and Training: Companies can implement unconscious bias training to help employees recognize and combat gender biases.

WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION AND MICROAGGRESSIONS

Women in leadership roles are often subjected to overt or subtle forms of discrimination, such as being undermined, interrupted, or having their ideas dismissed. Microaggressions can contribute to feelings of isolation, decreased confidence, imposter syndrome, and can hinder women's career progression by making them feel less valued or taken seriously in their leadership roles.

Strategies to combat Workplace Discrimination and Microaggressions:

• Microaggression Interrupters: Create and use pre-planned phrases or actions to diffuse biased comments in real time.

• Encourage Respectful Communication: Promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect can reduce these behaviors.

• Clear Anti-Discrimination Policies: Organizations should enforce clear policies against discrimination and microaggressions, with channels for reporting and resolving complaints.

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Impostor syndrome is a pervasive challenge faced by many women leaders. It refers to the feeling of inadequacy or self-doubt, despite evidence of competence or success. Women

may doubt their abilities and feel like a fraud or imposter, leaving them with the belief that they are not as capable as their peers, even when they have the necessary skills and qualifications. Recommendations to remedy Imposter Syndrome include:

• Celebrate Achievements: Organizations can encourage recognition of women's accomplishments, helping them internalize their value.

• Confidence-Building Programs: Mentorship, peer support groups, and leadership coaching can help women build selfconfidence.

• Professional Development: Providing opportunities for skill-enhancement can prove to be of paramount importance to women in leadership.

Ultimately, by taking accelerated action and addressing these challenges head-on with targeted solutions, organizations across the globe can create an environment where women in leadership roles will thrive, ensuring a more equitable and inclusive marketplace.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN CHALLENGES DR NESLYN WATSON-DRUÉE

International Women's Day, themed "Accelerate Action," highlights the urgency of addressing the multifaceted challenges women face globally.

As a woman who has navigated leadership roles across healthcare, civil service and private business for over three decades, I have witnessed firsthand both the persistent challenges and remarkable progress in women's leadership journeys.

WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE: WOMEN’S REPRESENTATION

Despite progress, parity for all women is almost 50 years away. At the current pace of progress, it will take 22 years to reach parity for white women—and more than twice as long for women of colour. Put another way, it will take 48 years for the representation of white women and women of colour in senior leadership to reflect their share of the U.S. population and there are similarities in the U.K population.

CHALLENGES

• Gender Inequality in the Workplace: Women

Microaggressions can contribute to feelings of isolation, decreased confidence, imposter syndrome, and can hinder women's career progression by making them feel less valued or taken seriously in their leadership roles.

often face disparities in pay, promotions, and leadership roles. Gender Pay Gap: Despite progress, many women still earn less than their male counterparts for similar roles, with disparities more pronounced for women of colour and those in senior positions. The glass ceiling remains a significant barrier.

• Underrepresentation in Leadership: Women remain underrepresented in senior leadership roles and boards, with few female CEOs in major corporations.

• Work-Life Balance: Inflexibility in working policies and practices mean that many women find it difficult to balance professional and personal responsibilities, especially in caregiving roles, which can

hinder their career advancement. Moreover, it is assumed in many policies at women will continue to be the primary caregiver of childcare. Organisations that have gender neutral policies for both men and women are contributing to a shift in consciousness.

• Mental Health and Wellbeing: The pressure of workplace demands combined with societal expectations of women as carers can impact women's mental health, leading to stress and burnout.

• Career Advancement Opportunities: Women often face barriers to career advancement due to systemic biases: organisational cultural practices affecting hiring, performance appraisal and promotional processes. In addition, lack of sponsorship, lack of strategic mentoring, and fewer networking opportunities all add to collective disadvantages for women.

Lean In Report 224 – “I’m definitely seeing women in higher positions. That’s gotten a lot better. But, when it comes to seeing other types of diversity in those positions, we still have a ways to go.” Black woman, manager, 2024

“At my previous job, I had all the credentials and had been at the company for years. I applied to become a manager and got passed over. The guy who got the job didn’t have all the credentials, didn’t have all the experience, and had never been a manager before.” White woman, manager, 2022

• Cultural Change: There is a need for a cultural shift in organisations to embrace diversity and inclusion at all levels, ensuring

that women's contributions are valued and recognised. Deep-seated stereotypes and traditional gender roles can hinder women's participation in various sectors, including STEM and leadership.

• Impact of Remote Work: The shift to remote and hybrid working models during and after the pandemic has presented both opportunities and challenges for women, including increased flexibility but also heightened visibility of work-related tasks.

• Access to Education and Resources: In some regions, girls still lack access to quality education and resources, limiting their opportunities for personal and professional growth. Limited access to professional development and training opportunities can hinder women's career growth and skills advancement.

• Violence and Harassment: Women continue to face considerable risk of gender-based violence and harassment, both in public and private spaces, impacting their safety and mental health.

• Another persistent challenge is establishing credibility in environments deeply conflicted about women's authority. Even in 2025, women must still prove their competence repeatedly while men are frequently presumed competent until proven otherwise. I have mentored countless women who express frustration at having their ideas overlooked until a male colleague presents them - what I call the "echo without the credit" phenomenon.

WHAT SOLUTIONS HAVE I FOUND EFFECTIVE?

I highly advocate the education of both women and men about second-generation gender bias. When women recognise that their challenges stem from cultural and organisational patterns rather than personal deficiencies. For men, this awareness creates the opportunity to become active allies rather than passive beneficiaries of an uneven playing field.

Support Networks: Creating community support systems and networks for women can provide resources, sharing of experiences, and a platform for collective action. In addition, there needs to be Enhanced Pay Transparency: Encouraging organisations to report on pay disparities and implement fair pay practices.

Mentorship and Sponsorship Programs: Organisations can establish programs that connect women with mentors and sponsors who can advocate for their career growth and opportunities. Creating safe identity workgroups supports women transitioning to bigger roles. I have seen remarkable results when organisations establish structured peer networks where women can discuss challenges candidly, share strategies and provide mutual support. These communities help women navigate the oftenisolating experience of being "the only" or "the first" in leadership positions. Leadership Development Programs: Creating programs specifically aimed at advancing women into leadership roles.

Awareness and Advocacy: Increasing awareness about the challenges women face and promoting advocacy efforts can mobilize societal change and encourage collective responsibility.

Gender Neutral Family-Friendly Policies:

Offering comprehensive parental leave and flexible working options for all employees and providing resources and support for mental well-being. Policy Reform: Governments need to strengthen policies that promote equal pay, parental leave, and flexible working arrangements. Legislation against discrimination and harassment must be enforced rigorously.

Finally, we must anchor women's development in their sense of leadership purpose rather than perception management. When I coach women executives, we start with clarifying their unique leadership vision before addressing tactical behaviours. This purpose-driven approach builds authentic confidence that withstands external criticism and helps women persist through inevitable challenges. Training on Diversity & Inclusion: Implementing comprehensive training programs to tackle unconscious bias and promote inclusive work environments.

Educational Initiatives: Investing in girls' education and creating programmes that encourage women to pursue fields traditionally dominated by men can help reduce the educational gap.

CHALLENGES AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE CHALLENGES OF WOMEN..

PROF. SHABNAM

The following are some examples of the current facts that women are mostly suffering from the effects of injustice across the world.

Women today face numerous challenges that are deeply rooted in historical, cultural, economic, and political systems. Some of the most thought-provoking insights into these challenges and their potential solutions include:

1. The Persistence of Unconscious Bias

Despite progress, women still encounter deeply ingrained gender biases that affect career opportunities, leadership roles, and societal expectations. This bias often manifests in the form of the “likability penalty”—where assertive women are perceived as aggressive, while the same traits in men are seen as leadership qualities.

2. Workplace Inequality & the Gender Pay Gap

Women consistently earn less than men for the same work, often due to systemic barriers like unequal access to promotions and biases in salary negotiations. In addition, women are underrepresented in high-paying industries such as tech and finance.

3. The “Invisible Labor” & Work-Life Imbalance

Women disproportionately shoulder unpaid domestic work, childcare, and eldercare. This

DELFANI

“second shift” limits career growth, forces many women into part-time jobs, or pushes them out of the workforce entirely.

4. Underrepresentation in Leadership & Decision-Making

Women are still significantly underrepresented in executive leadership, politics, and boardrooms. The “broken rung” in the corporate ladder—where women struggle to get their first promotion to management—creates a long-term leadership gap.

5. Gender-Based Violence & Harassment

From workplace harassment to domestic abuse and online threats, safety remains a major issue for women globally. Many women fear speaking up due to retaliation, lack of legal protections, or societal stigma

6. Limited Access to Education & Healthcare

In many parts of the world, girls still face barriers to education, limiting their future opportunities. Access to reproductive healthcare, maternal health services, and mental health support remains inconsistent, impacting women’s overall well-being.

Possible Solutions I can suggest as;

1. Addressing Gender Bias & Stereotypes

• Implementing unconscious bias training in workplaces and educational institutions.

• Promoting diverse and accurate media representation of women in various roles.

• Encouraging men to become allies in gender equity efforts.

2. Closing the Gender Pay Gap & Ensuring Workplace Equality

• Enforcing pay transparency and equal pay policies.

• Encouraging women to negotiate salaries and seek mentorship.

• Providing women with access to high-paying fields through STEM education and career development programs.

3. Supporting Work-Life Balance & Caregiving

• Expanding parental leave policies for both men and women.

• Encouraging flexible work arrangements, remote work, and affordable childcare solutions.

• Shifting cultural norms to ensure men take on more caregiving responsibilities.

4. Increasing Women’s Representation in Leadership

• Implementing mentorship and sponsorship programs to support women’s career growth.

• Establishing gender quotas or affirmative action policies in leadership roles.

5. Strengthening Protections Against Gender-Based Violence

• Enforcing stricter laws and workplace policies against harassment and violence.

• Improving access to support systems, including legal aid and mental health services.

• Promoting education and awareness programs on gender-based violence prevention.

6. Ensuring Access to Education & Healthcare

• Investing in education programs for girls, particularly in underserved communities.

• Expanding access to reproductive health services and maternal care.

• Addressing menstrual health stigma and ensuring access to sanitary products.

FINAL THOUGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Women’s progress is not just a women’s issue— it’s a societal issue that impacts economic growth, innovation, and overall well-being. Addressing these challenges requires a multifaceted approach involving governments, businesses, and individuals working together to create a more equitable world.

ACCELERATE ACTION: THE TIME FOR CHANGE IS NOW LAURA TOOP

For years, we’ve talked about gender equality. But conversations don’t create change—action does. We’ve celebrated progress, hosted panels, and launched initiatives. Yet too often, efforts stall at surface-level gestures—policies that exist on paper but fail to shift real power dynamics.

Awareness is not enough. The time for accelerated action is now.

THE CHALLENGES FACING WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP TODAY

Despite progress, women in leadership still face deeply ingrained barriers that awareness alone won’t dismantle. The data speaks for itself:

1. The Action Gap

• Only 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women and the numbers remain stagnant (Fortune, 2024).

• Women are promoted at a slower rate than men at every leadership level, creating a longterm leadership deficit (McKinsey & LeanIn, 2023).

• Real action means accountability at every level—not just ‘women in leadership’ initiatives that don’t move the needle.

2. The Resilience Trap

• Women are told to ‘be more resilient.’ But resilience has become a survival strategy—not a solution.

• A 2023 Harvard Business Review study

found that women are more likely than men to experience burnout from workplace inequities, yet they’re still expected to ‘push through.’

• We don’t need women to push through—we need systems to change so that women don’t have to fight for basic fairness.

3. The Leadership Bias

• Women in leadership are still judged more harshly than men.

• A Yale University study found that women who negotiate for higher salaries are viewed as “less likable” compared to men.

• Leadership must evolve—valuing emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaboration, not just outdated ‘command and control’ models.

4. The Lack of Male Engagement

• Gender equality is not a women’s issue—it’s a

leadership issue.

• Just 48% of men see gender equality as a leadership priority, compared to 73% of women (McKinsey, 2023).

• Allyship isn’t passive support—it’s active sponsorship. It’s using influence to create opportunities and challenge bias in real time.

THE SOLUTIONS: MOVING BEYOND TOKENISM

1. Reframe Leadership

• We don’t need more side initiatives. Leadership must change from the inside out, not through surface-level projects

• Allyship must be built into the DNA of leadership—not an afterthought.

2. Shift from Mentorship to Sponsorship

• Women don’t just need mentors—they need sponsors who open doors.

• Men hold 62% of senior leadership positions globally. If they’re not actively sponsoring women, the gap will persist (Catalyst, 2024).

• Track who gets promoted, who gets visibility, and who sits at decision-making tables—then correct the imbalance.

3. #TogetherAsAllies: The Framework for Lasting Change

• Allyship must be action-oriented. This is about men and women working together— not women fighting for change while men ‘support from the sidelines.’

• #TogetherAsAllies isn’t about fixing women— it’s about fixing leadership.

4. Measure Impact, Not Intent

• If we can’t measure progress, we’re not making any.

• Ask the hard questions:

o Who is moving into decision-making roles?

o Who is being sponsored?

o Where are the real changes happening?

WHY NOW? THE WORLD IS AT AN INFLECTION POINT

Ten years ago, my world imploded. I lost my husband, my career, and my health in an instant. At first, survival was tactical, not strategic—turning the unknown into the known, one small step at a time. There was no grand vision. Just a need to keep moving.

But momentum grows. And with it, a vision emerges—not just for yourself, but for the world. That’s where we are now.

The world is experiencing uncertainty, complexity, and disruption—but like I did back then, we don’t need abstract theories. We need action.

#TogetherAsAllies was built for this moment. We are more similar than we are different, and we are better together.

A CALL TO ACTION: WHO WILL DRIVE THE CHANGE?

The real question isn’t if change will happen. It’s who will step up and lead it.

• Will leaders embed allyship?

• Will organisations challenge outdated norms?

• Will individuals actively open doors for women?

Change isn’t theoretical. It’s practical. It happens when people choose to act.

So, what role will you play?

EMPOWERING WOMEN IN AI

PROF. OLGA MROZ

In the modern world, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of our daily lives, influencing various fields, from medicine to business. However, despite the widespread adoption of these technologies, many women still face barriers to understanding and using AI in their professional and personal lives.

It is essential for women to be aware of how AI algorithms and systems work so they can make informed decisions, protect their interests, and effectively take advantage of new opportunities.

A lack of knowledge in this area can lead to inequality, leaving women in a vulnerable position compared to those who have access to this information. Knowledge is power, and it is society's responsibility to provide women with the necessary tools to navigate confidently in a world where AI plays an increasingly significant role.
