2023 - TERM 2
Transformative mindset programs to enhance school leadership and personal wellbeing by resetting the way we think, be and do.
School leadership in these challenging times of uncertainty and rapid change demands difficult decisions, complex community engagement, selfless service and the mental and physical energy to carry the school through.
To persevere and continue to contribute with purpose and joy through the "next normal", principals and school executives need a smarter, not harder, way of navigating these complexities. One that incorporates self-care as well as selfless service.
This starts with developing a mindset that can remain calm, clear, curious and focussed amidst change, confrontation and chaos. Coupled with a “heartset” to lead from a place of openness, compassion and wise action.
Build upon skills to:
Stay resilient through challenging times
Lead with calm, clarity and focus
Reduce and manage overwhelm
Balance work-life demands
See problems with fresh eyes
Do hard things in a human way
Skilfully handle difficult conversations
Balance emotions and reduce reactivity
Lead with agility through change
Build trust and engagement
