02
THE TIMES ARE CHANGING (AGAIN) School leadership in these challenging times of uncertainty and rapid change demands difficult decisions, complex community engagement, selfless service and the personal energy to carry the school through. To be most effective, leaders and school executives need a mindset that is calm amidst the storm, resilient, clearly focussed, innovative and compassionate.
WHY JOIN THE PROGRAMS? This program taught me how to put on my own oxygen mask first ... so I could better help others.
Join fellow school leaders from across Australia to build your capacity for: Resilience through challenging times Mental effectiveness during overwhelm Wise compassion in difficult situations Service without burnout Agile leadership through change Balancing work-life demands.
Results from 4-month Mindful Leadership Pilot Program with 60 School Leaders.
03 WHAT SCHOOL LEADERS SAY “Throughout the day Principals have many curve balls thrown at them ... I know that through this year of many complexities I would have been out on stress leave if it wasn’t for this project. I recommend it to everyone."
“Best professional learning I have ever done and certainly the most beneficial. It has changed how I operate both at work and home."
"(The training) has had the greatest positive impact, more than any other PD I have completed. I am more focused and in control of my work and tasks and do not feel as pressured or inundated by the demands of my role. Every school leader should experience this program, given the nature of our job and the expectations thrust upon us.”
