The three hour activity packed, thought provoking session by the resource person Robin Jebaraj, a qualified leadership trainer and counselor helped to imbibe in the young leaders traits like team building, self evaluation, communication, conflict resolution.

The first session had a discussion time on what qualities, a leader must possess. The audience were grouped and a game was conducted to emphasise the value of team work , it was beneficial for all participants to self introspect themselves.

The second session was a interactive talk with a pinch of humour. A group game was played which highlighted the importance of critical and creative thinking.

Concluding on this note, visual pictures on varied topics were given and the participants were asked to visualize it with their imagination and express.

The young leaders were inculcated with inspiring leadership values as they left at the end of the day after the vote of thanks spelt out from the hearts through the Head boy Sai Venkat, Std. XI of the Maduravoyal campus. All the promising Leaders were given a certificate for their participation.
