The Schram Academy celebrates its 16th annual sports meet
The Schram Academy, International CBSE & Cambridge school celebrated its 16th annual sports meet on August 7 at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, Chennai. The sport meet was organized in two segments for classes I to XII in the
morning and for the KG students in the afternoon. Dr. Dobson Domnic, M.B.B.S, M.D, (A Nine time Tamil Nadu Badminton Champion, Sport Physician) and Lenora James, (Correspondent, CSI Schools) were the eminent guests of honour.
The thematic jog past, majestic March past, Olympic torch relay, oath taking, sprint and relay events, the non standard events for the kids and the visually stunning mass drills-Spectrum, Triple magic, Staves, Pyramid, Kabbadi, etc., as well as the dance items based on the theme of the sports day, Fly High were memorable. Pritvi Raj from the Rembrandt house won the March past trophy for the best performance. The overall Sports champions of 2018 were declared as the Einstein house captained by Sailesh and the runner up trophy was taken by Davinci house captained Bhavishya. The entire programme was crisply and efficiently stringed maintaining the same pep till the end.
