LA TROUSSE
Never without the Christofle cutlery pouch.
Christofle continues to bring a fresh breath of modernity to the world of Master Silversmiths, to revolutionise the Art of the Table and to silvering its clients' lives with its new individual cutlery pouch.
Inspired by the storage pouches that have long been made by Christofle, the Pouch comprises four pieces: a knife, a fork, and two spoons (one smaller, for coffee or desserts), elegantly contained within a felt pouch in Imperial Green, the signature colour of Christofle, tied with a ribbon bearing the Christofle initials.

One quality; the best.
Crafted by the Christofle manufacture process, born of almost a hundred years of know-how and expertise, the Pouch embodies the House's inimitable modern sustainable luxury, reaffirming the core values of durability and of creating items to be passed down over the generations.
In order to suit all tastes and styles, the Pouch is available in several iconic lines from the Christofle collections, from the most classic to the most modern, in steel (L'Âme de Christofle, Perles and Albi) or silver-plated (MOOD and Marly).
A brilliant gift idea!
Practical, stylish and affordable, the Christofle Pouch has all the attributes of the perfect gift.
Its price, starting from € 100 for the steel version, makes luxury à la francaise accessible to all budgets.
For every day and for a lifetime.
A nomadic cutlery set, adapted to contemporary lifestyles thanks to its easy transportable medium-sized pieces.
A quick salad in front of the computer? A lunch stop in the Luxembourg Gardens? The ultimate sophistication - with just a touch of impertinence - of bringing out personal cutlery in the restaurant: the opportunities to use the Christofle Pouch and to infuse everyday life with an air of refinement and luxury are endless.

MOOD COFFEE TRAY
The MOOD coffee tray completes the range to create moments of pleasure and conviviality around coffee.
The tray can be placed wherever you like, on a coffee table, a bar or a terrace. It is designed to accommodate the MOOD Coffee in its centre, and offers sweet treats, snacks and more in its wood and porcelain containers. A set of 2 espresso cups is available separately.

MALMAISON IMP É RIALE
The Malmaison Impériale collection continues to expand, welcoming seven new creations and completing the tea & coffee range.
A contemporary variation on Christofle's iconic Malmaison collection, Malmaison Impériale is inspired by the decorative codes of the Empire style used in the first collection, reinterpreting them into graphic motifs available in gold or platinum finish.
Made in Limoges, France, the collection now includes a Tea pot, Sugar bowl, Creamer, Set of 2 Tea/Espresso cups, two sizes of platter and a Set of 2 Chinese bowls in both gold and platinum designs.

The newest representation from Dolce&Gabbana Casa, the Green Maiolica, celebrates the coastal landscapes of southern Italy, diffused with the fragrances and colours of the Mediterranean maquis shrubland.
It is an evocative representation of traditional, local, 'Fatto a Mano' craftsmanship.

Earlier this year, we welcomed Kirsten Simonsen to the team at Portfolio Luxe. Currently covering Amy's maternity leave, she's become an invaluable member of our customer services team - and it's highly likely you've already crossed paths - but there's more in store!
As we continue to grow, Kirsten stood out as the perfect candidate to join our sales team, and she'll stay with us as an Account Manager when Amy returns to the team next year.
Kirsten comes to us with extensive experience in design, and retail, particularly furniture, as well as a strong creative background.
As our brands and our portfolio continue to grow, so does our furniture offering - with collections now covering everything from small stools to dining tables, sofas to beds - we decided to pick Kirsten's brain on all things furniture!
Talking furniture...
KIRSTEN SIMONSEN ACCOUNT MANAGER AT PORTFOLIO LUXE
“ What do people look for in furniture?
There are usually two factors at play here - what people think they want, and what they should actually consider. For example, people may be driven by the overall look of something, over the practicalities. A buyer may be looking for a sofa that can accommodate a lot of guests or a large family, and be focussing on the size of the future purchase, but I've always encouraged people to look at the overall construction as well as the fabrics.
Buyers are usually looking for a statement piece; not necessarily bright or bold, but furniture is a focal point in any room, purely due to its function. They want comfort, durability and style.
“ What are your furniture do's and don't's?
Do your research. Really hone in on what it is you want, and don't waver. Don't rush into a purchase, and don't opt for style over quality. Consider
if the piece that catches your eye fits with your lifestyle - if you want to sprawl out watching TV then don't choose a sofa which is structuredyou want curved lines and plenty of padding and soft fabrics.
Do consider the space around the placement of your furniture. Is there space to move freely around it or does it impact the flow in the room? If it's a storage piece, can you open the doors fully? Again, never opt for style over substance - remember that furniture has a function, and a piece that looks great but has come short on durability is a road to disappointment.
“ What is your most frequently asked question?
Often people have spent months mentally curating their space, so by the time it comes to making the purchase, the most often asked question is the lead time!
More often than not, people haven't considered that their ideal statement piece isn't going to be in stock - it's
most likely going to be made to order - especially when you're investing in quality.
The second most commonly asked question is "What do you think I should choose?" - which as an interior designer gives you freedom to create a scheme of furniture that really works with the client's space, their personality and their budget.
“ How do you support clients in putting together roomscapes and options?
I think it's vital that you spend time with the client to evaluate their lifestyle, as well as their aesthetic. I like to get to know them on a deeper, more personal level, and decipher what makes them tick, what excites them and what bores them. Are they a 'colourful' person or have a more 'muted' taste? Do they want their space to be a reflection of themselves or are they striving to follow the latest trends regardless?
From my own experience, where I've typically painted every room white, and then introduced colour and texture until I have the right balance, I've typically recommended the same to clients who are renovating or relocating. It's a great way to build up furniture and accessories, and often you add pieces you'd not have considered if you were trying to design the whole room at once.
Putting together a space requires a lot of thought, time and patience, its pretty much a labour of love, whether you're the client or the designer - a journey often taken together. Getting to know the client well means you've got an ability to select pieces you know they'll love, will reflect their personality and enhance the way they use their space. Such as choosing pieces to draw the eye around the room, adding height, texture and contrast, while creating a cohesive environment.
Whilst the client's style, tastes and personality will remain the same, the way they use each space changes dramatically, which is why the choice of furniture - whether a sofa, a dining table or a sideboard - is a combination of style and substance.
“ As a buyer, what did you look for in a furniture manufacturer?
A brand that puts quality at the centre of everything they do. Innovative design that works for real life. The use of high end materials will boast performance and durability in the long run. Also companies embracing recyclable materials and sustainable FSCcertified wood - I think this is something that all companies should have at the core of their values.
“ Is the story behind the product as important as the piece?
In my opinion, absolutely. When I'm choosing pieces for my home, whether it be large or small, I want to know the provenance. I like a piece that has a story to tell - and behind every designer is a story! What was their inspiration for creating their piece, where did they source the materials, why did they choose those materials?
By considering the creative process, it shows pieces in a new light, and we have more of an understanding. We tend to forget that behind a lot of brands, there are generations of creatives and artisans who craft items that bring so much to our homes.
Yes, you need to love an item first and foremost, but to have a back story of where the materials originated makes an item truly special, and gives the buyer a deeper appreciation of the end product.
“ How essential are complementing accessories?
I am a believer that you should always surround yourself with the things you love, that way, whatever you put together, you'll continue to enjoy. One person may want a highly
patterned sofa, with accessories to match. Whilst on paper, this shouldn't work, by considering the size and proportions, the layout of the room, it can look truly incredible. As a lover of colour, the Carretto Siciliano pattern from Dolce&Gabbana Casa truly ticks this box of colour maximalism!
For a different look, I'd recommend choosing accessories which share a similar colour palette, but introduce new textures. Combining Giobagnara leathers with suede or travertino, for example, creates a look with depth.
“ What are your favourite pieces to include in a roomscape?
I love a multifunctional item, personally. Side tables, ottomans and benches are a great examplethese interior heroes can be used to display a statement vase, a tray with some great books, a candle or in the way they were intended - for you or a guest to pop down a drink, or to sit.
I look for pieces of varying heights in a room, so they cause the eye to travel. You can create areas of interest without encroaching on a space. Always remember that a neutral or multi-purpose piece will stand the test of time, and is easy to move between rooms or homes. Lighting is an incredibly powerful tool in creating ambiance,
as well as function. And of course, where would we be without the faithful tray! Here, I always choose something which is both decorative and practical, so that it can live in the space, and come to life when required. Giobagnara's unrivalled choice of finishes gives me the ability to choose something which can stand out, or fade away, but which is always waiting to play its part.
“
Having recently visited Maison&Objet in Paris, what were your standout products?
For me, Giobagnara's collaborations with Stéphane Parmentier & Glenn Sestig contain some amazing pieces, especially furniture, which combine different textures, materials, colours and styles. Each designer brings their own inspiration, interpreting Giobagnara's natural materials of choice into stunning creations.
Their latest collaboration, with Elie Saab Maison is another favourite, and I love the accessories in this collection. The leather and colourways are exquisite, and detail added by the Monogram pattern elevates the pieces.
“ What are your go to pieces and collections from our brand portfolio?
Almost too many to choose! Here's what's inspiring me at the moment:

Chair & footstool. Rabitti 1969
The simplicity of the Caballé chair and pouffe make them suitable for various environments, and show off the simplicity of the exquisite saddle leather, combined with a minimalist metal frame.

Carretto Siciliano. Dolce&Gabbana Casa

Maximilism at its best; there's no limit to how much of the Carretto Siciliano collection I'd combine, in the right space.

bench. Francesco Balzano for Giobagnara
This is such a monolithic piece, in solid marble. It has a strong presence, but softened edges, so it works in so many spaces. It's perfect in a hallway!
Scala sideboard. Stéphane Parmentier for Giobagnara
I love the Scala sideboard, inspired by the columns often seen at the base of Italian buildings, and with co-ordinated leather and lacquer finishes. I love the texture the collection adds to any space.

Structura bench. Giobagnara
The vintage style of this bench & stool, mixing leather with wood, for me is timeless. They're solid, but airy, functional yet decorative.

LINDA
An unusual but minimalist vase shape combined with gentle grooves and a glossy or satin-finished surface –the L INDA vase series plays with look and feel.
The design evokes associations with paper lanterns or the carefully raked gravel surfaces of a Zen garden, but remains open to individual interpretation.

The FÜRSTENBERG porcelain manufactory has always developed collections that combine design elements of their time with modern techniques and a passion for craftsm anship.
This results in fine objects such as the white vases, which enrich any interior with their timeless elegance and quality.
Whether a classic or a new shape – every FÜRSTENBERG vase will give pleasure for a long time.

L'ARCHIPEL SENTIMENTAL
Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, a visionary trailblazer, was one step ahead in anticipating what were to become the basics of today's new world of creation: art and fashion, misappropriation and collaboration. His multifaceted work in the field of art, fashion and design, is articulated in a short range of colours: blue, yellow and red. His artwork and designs are infused with a passion for history, for the world of childhood and pop art.

"My archipelago is growing, the poetic islands that make it up are multiplying, and punctuating the tablecloth with new elements: rim soup plates with stories of water, vases - beacons of gentleness, a butter dish as a boat, messenger trays, the face water carafe, the teapot that flies, the mimosascented candles of my childhood...
My horizon with the Faïencerie de Gien is radiant with ultramarine blue. The style of the archipelago we have built together is timeless. It is part of the most beautiful of rituals, the one that brings us together around a table every day to share, as on an island, the mystery of a meal."

These pieces are available in two patterns: Oiseaux de Paradis and the timeless Monogramme.
The wooden elements are manufactured in the Drôme region of France, from one of the noblest woods, olive wood. The grain differs from one product to another, making them all unique. The mix of wood and earthenware will bring a soft, warm look to any kitchen.
KITCHEN ACCESSORIES
The kitchen often occupies a special place in our daily lives, and is a central place in the life of a family. Gien offers a collection of kitchen accessories that are as useful as they are decorative: two sizes of storage jars with olive wood lids, a utensil holder with three olive wood utensils, a spoon rest and an apron.

COCKTAIL BOWLS
Gien now offers cocktail bowls in Millefleurs, Provence and Tulipes collections. Breakfast, afternoon tea, aperitif... these bowls will suit every moment of the day and every occasion.
Two new patterns have also been added to the Gien range of tapas boards: Millefleurs and Tulipes. These tapas boards are ideal for setting up a nice aperitif to share festive and warm moments. They consist of two cocktail bowls on an oak board.

Each piece features a meticulously crafted metal frame featuring luxurious allleather accents or an elegant combination of leather and travertine.
Available in various heights and both vertical and horizontal orientations, the frames of this series offer exceptional versatility for any display.
Perfect for showcasing pictures, restaurant menus, or spa and hospitality information, "Pillar" redefines presentation.
The distinctive monolithic column-like base, reminiscent of classic essential architecture, imparts a sense of timeless strength and elegance, making this collection an ideal addition to both modern and classic interiors.

“ Tell us the history of Glancy Fawcett
In the 1980's, Kevin Glancy and Jonathan Fawcett were selling luxury goods into a developing, and rather grand, world of superyachts. As one-man bands, they were
In conversation...
ROB BIENIASZ MANAGING DIRECTOR, GLANCY FAWCETT
frequently crossing the same paths, and a lasting friendship was formed. During those earlier years, they both recognised a luxury goods requirement in the superyacht market, along with a need to deliver the goods to high standards. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to provide a legendary service, they built a business based on these values.
Today, Glancy Fawcett has over sixty employees, with locations in the UK, Europe and an exciting new location coming soon. Whilst we've grown, it is vital our team understand our roots, our values and what we represent.
“ What type of projects do you work on?
We grew up in the fascinating and exciting world of superyachts, an industry where detail and service are unmatched. For four decades, we have honed and continue to improve, our service and product offering in
this industry, completing hundreds of yacht projects in the process. I like to think our professional, friendly approach, and consistent offering have led us from yachts to land-based and aircraft projects. We now bring our yachting practices and controls to all property types, with land-based customers particularly appreciating our expertise.
“ How do you tailor your services to your clients?
How we operate is completely customer centric. Our teams have the autonomy to adapt and work as specified by our clients. Our experienced team members will tailor presentations, design unique product, change travel plans and working hours to accommodate our customers' needs. I am deeply appreciative and constantly surprised by our Glancy Fawcett team, who go way beyond expectation to deliver the client's brief.
“ What do you look for in suppliers?
A relationship. I see no difference between a client or supplier relationship; we would not survive without either. Of course, we look for suppliers with a great physical product, but we also look and monitor how the product is delivered, from clear communication through to QC. We fear letting anyone down, and in any relationship, trust, knowledge and clear expectations all reduce this likelihood and create lasting partnerships. I read somewhere 'we want everyone to come away from the (insert Glancy Fawcett) experience wishing to repeat it.' It's a statement that resonated with me and works for our suppliers, employees and customers.
“ What trends do you see emerging?
The organic theme is here to stay. Non-uniform, earthy colours and informality are consistent in many of our project briefs. Reactive glazed tableware is really helping to satisfy this requirement. Sustainability, in every sense, is important to some clients and our ever popular 'Designed by GF' service allows our clients to have something not seen anywhere else.

“ How do you ensure that your product assortment is continually refreshed and updated?
Regular visits to trade shows throughout the world, inviting suppliers to HQ to showcase their products, a healthy showroom product budget, and I think there's nothing better than going to a partner supplier's factory, studio or warehouse to uncover new treasures. By the end of the year, we will have visited at least 20 of our partners, hosted 50 suppliers and attended 10 trade/product events. Our design, product and samples teams do an incredible job collecting and communicating all our partner information internally, ensuring our customer teams have all the appropriate information to present the products to our clients - product knowledge is priceless!
“ Where do you see Glancy Fawcett in the future?
I don't see our fundamentals changing too much; luxury product and service delivered by experts will remain at the heart of what we do, but we don't like to rest on our laurels. We've been travelling to the Middle East for over ten years, and to better service our Middle Easternbased clients, we feel the time is right to open an appointment-only showroom in Abu Dhabi.
Our first overseas manned showroom will reflect Glancy Fawcett in terms of product and quality, and most importantly, it will be crewed by some of our most experienced team members, who have relocated to the Emirate. We believe being local and on the same time zone, will help our drive to improve our customer service. The showroom will be open from the beginning of November 2024.
“ Have you got any exciting plans on the horizon?
I would disappoint myself if I stopped at opening one overseas showroom. I fully expect our Abu Dhabi location to be a successful template for other showrooms to follow - at this stage I can only say 'watch this space!
“ Out of all the products you've seen this year, what have been the stand-out pieces?
Tough question! We have recently massively upped our own product line and designs. Our in-house design team has doubled in size, and they are so creative! Their combination of manufacturing knowledge and creativity has helped us deliver some incredible products.
It was wonderful to see Dolce&Gabbana Casa in Milan
this year, as it was exceptionally merchandised. NasonMoretti's colourful Murano glass range has really caught my eye, and Giobagnara consistently hit the sweet spotespecially their latest collaboration with Poltrona Frau.
“ Where can we see you next?
I will be at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show at the end of October, and both the Dubai Boat Show and Maison & Objet early next year.
Although, our team will cover far more ground, everything from domestic craft shows to our first visit to the Atlanta International event in January 2025.

FOLIA MINI PORTABLE LAMP
From ceremonial chandeliers to contemporary lighting, Saint-Louis has been showcasing its exceptional expertise and mastery of lighting since 1850. Following on from the success of the Folia portable lamp, Saint-Louis now introduces a mini version that brings a
new facet to its lighting range: a small cordless lamp that fits in the palm of your hand.
The folia mini portable lamp is an 'all-terrain' distillation of the house's luminous signature magnified by crystal,
which enhances the object by projecting the patterns of its cuts. The unique alchemy of the dialogue between matter and light.

Both precious and casual, it elevates the codes of portable lighting. Always close to hand, it can be dimmed to suit the desired use and mood, from a morning glow to evening candlelight. It illuminates and accessorises side and occasional tables, console tables and bedside cabinets, alone, in pairs or in threes.
The mini portable lamp is the latest creation designed by Noé Duchafour-Lawrence for the Folia collection. It features geometric and organic shapes in homage to the forest surrounding the Saint-Louis manufacture.

The mini portable lamp has rounded ergonomic lines that make it an essential object with a gentle quality. Its verrine echoes the organic shapes of the Folia collection, which can also be found in lighting and decoration. Bevel-cut in tribute to the leaves in the Moselle forest, the Folia mini portable lamp, like the rest of the collection, is a contemporary interpretation of nature.
Like the portable lamp, the mini version projects a pattern of light that is unique to the Folia collection. Thanks to the alchemy of the dialogue between matter and light, the light expands the object and surpasses it, as if forming extensions of the crystal's cuts. This luminous motif has become emblematic of Saint-Louis.

FOLIA COFFEE
The Folia collection invites you for coffee. Will yours be a black or a lungo?
The Folia tableware collection now includes two new tumblers with their own wooden tray, designed especially for coffee. Ristrettos, espressos, double espressos and lungos can all be savoured in these new containers.
Delicate and contemporary, these new additions to the range echo the geometric, organic shapes of Noé Duchafour-Lawrence's Folia collection and work wonderfully as a gift for oneself or others.

A skilled and masterful structure that revisits the language of the chandelier through a new repertoire of shapes.
TORSADE LIGHTING COLLECTION
The Torsade collection revisits the codes of timeless chandeliers by paying tribute to the glassmaking techniques used in the Saint-Louis' hot glass workshop to forge the twisted arm of the chandelier. This is what gives the collection its name, Torsade, the French word for twist.
The modernity and poetic flexibility of the intertwining loops and U-shapes of these lights create harmonious assemblies that reflect the consistency of the molten material and the talent of the glassmakers in shaping it.

Torsade presents a new repertoire of shapes to create a new language for chandeliers. Stefania di Petrillo envisages a carefully arranged, luminous architectural structure. The loop is used alone or intertwined with U-shaped arms, with meticulous angles and proportions enhancing the regular, hand-crafted shape of the twist. This system has given rise to ten models consisting of table lamps, sconces, pendant lights and chandeliers. SCAN FOR
EMMANUEL BABLED
Born in France in 1967, Emmanuel Babled studied at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, where he graduated in 1989.
In Paris, Emmanuel Babled distinguished himself in the creation of interior architecture and interior design projects for private homes and then went on to collaborate with some important French companies on the design of furniture and home decor items.
In 1992, he opened his own design studio in Milan and started to design for various Italian companies.

His approach to design is based on the idea that a good project is the result of a direct contact with the environment in which it is created. These are the main ingredients that determine the success of his design activity.
SILICEA & ARENARIA
From the mouth of the volcano, the incandescent magma flows out in a river of fire. The unstoppable lava descends the slopes and overwhelms, engulfing everything it encounters in its descent, only to cool down and take on a rugged surface.
Silica and Sandstone, the new lamps designed by Emmanual Babled embody the power of nature and matter. Their texture forged by fire and vitreous material creates heterogeneous lights and shadows given by the grains, fragments of glass of different granulometry that, to the touch, give the sensation of caressing a rock smoothed by wind and water.
Two exclusive lamps in a limited edition.

Like intricate baskets, woven by the skilled hands of ancient artisans from bygone eras, Nodus and Tessela are an imperfect weave made of glass fibrills. The optical illusion, the result of a long and complex process, creates the three-dimensionality of these elaborate and elegant lamps, which blend artisanal knowhow and contemporary design.
This balanced intrinsic dualism is enhanced by the light propagated by the diffuser, which invites the observer to approach and admire the incredible knots of glass forged by the masters in the furnace.
Every detail, every glass knot, tells a story of passion and creativity, making these lamps not only sources of light, but true works of art that transport the observer on a journey between past and present.

NODUS & TESSELA
STRATIS & VESTIS
Light plays created by the engravings that characterise these coated glass lamps signed by Emmanuel Babled. The layer of opaline glass, where engraved, reveals the underlying glass and allows a warm and welcoming light to shine through, emanating from the skilfully hand-engraved internal diffuser.

These scratches are inspired by precious silk threads, composing fabrics of exotic and distant eras. Stratis, with horizontal engravings, is offered in a numbered edition per year, while Vestis is in a limited edition of 8 per colour.
I PALADINI

"I have always been fascinated by granite or marble busts, those effigies, whether of writers, inventors or philosophers, always immovable and commanding. Like mythical figures, from the depths of their silence, they seem to make the frenzy of the living sheer vanity.
Unperturbed, they recall the wisdom of our forefathers. These busts seek to capture the essence and simplicity of their silence. Perennial, crystallised, in a just and wise pose thanks to the expert hands of master glassmakers, they are for me the glass paladins, continuing this ancient tradition as gladiators and theologians.
The chromatic compositions, always unique thanks to the boundless Venini palette, are reconciled to the diversity of the souls they represent."
I PALADINI CELATI

Each Paladino Celato is indeed a living narrative of history and innovation, a glass jewel that enchants like an ancient statue. This new series is distinguished by the introduction of Lattimo glass, which wraps each form in a veil of mystery, concealing a hidden beauty accessible only to the most discerning eyes.
Every detail is an act of love for the art of glass and for the tradition of craftsmanship, making each Paladin a unique and unrepeatable work.
The 'I Paladini Celati' series encase within them, a layer of transparent coloured glass, concealed by the Lattimo glass. This inner layer is revealed through the skilfully executed engravings by master grinders, which extend from the neck to the shoulder of each Paladin. These deep and deliberately emphasised engravings amplify the depth of the internal colours, creating a captivating play of light and shadow that goes beyond the mere surface.
