PERSPECTIVES
A COLLECTION DESIGNED
BY MATHIAS KISS
For Christofle, Mathias Kiss dissects, recomposes - and liberates - the elements of a moulding to create sculptural candle holders, a vase, and candelabras. Revisiting a vocabulary of classical forms, he designs unique decorative objects, slightly surreal and full of character yet rigorously structured.
Traditionally, mouldings play a role in modulating light; the sharp shadows cast by square edges are balanced by the reflective curves of profiles known as "doucines." True to his mastry of decorative motifs, Mathias Kiss imagines a new functionality for ornamentation with its alternating projections and recesses.
Transforming wall mouldings into sculptural candle holders and candelabras, he breaks, reshapes, and rethinks their continuous lines. For Christofle, he envisions a collection of ultra-contemporary candle holders and chandeliers, rooted in classic design.

CHANCE FOLLE
For the 'Chance Folle' collection, Nathalie Farman-Farma created an imaginary folk scarf created by the four-leaf clover, which she then de-constructed and recomposed into several tessellations, playing with the different elements of the design as they remixed on the table.
The idea was to reinvent the much-loved clover motif, while emphasising the links between the artisanal manufacture of her textiles, and Gien earthenware. This pattern, with its cheerful colours reminiscent of yesteryear, and its central cover motif, invites cheerfulness and optimism.

Discover a unique anniversary collection and let yourself be seduced by this showcase of colours and emotions, where each piece embodies the essence of the house's passion for porcelain. Bring a celebration of time, nature and elegance into your home.
To celebrate their Centenary, Haviland & Parlon has created an exceptional collection, Garden Party, in collaboration with Stefany Bellamy. Its design is a vibrant tribute to the colour, nature, timeless beauty and creativity that have shaped the manufacture's history for 100 years. We wanted to find out more about what inspired them to develop this new symphony, and how it truly celebrates the exceptional know-how of what's become a pillar of Limoges' history.
“ What was your inspiration for the Garden Party collection?
The Garden Party collection is a vibrant celebration of nature, colour and joy. We wanted to mark our centenary with a tribute to the creativity and timeless beauty that have defined Haviland & Parlon for 100 years.
The inspiration came from the palette of colours we are working with every day, and a desire to

evoke a floral symphony - lively, enchanting, and filled with the emotion of shared, festive moments.
“ What drew you to Stefany Bellamy as designer of this special collection?
We chose to collabroate with Stefany Bellamy because her artistic universe is perfectly aligned with our values. Her sensitivity to colour, her refined yet expressive style, and her ability to interpret floral themes with elegance and depth made her the ideal partner to bring this anniversary vision to life.
“ Is this the most technically ambitious decal design you've worked with?
Yes, this is one the most complex designs we've ever developed. The design required an exceptional level of detail, including the layering of multiple vibrant colours and the precision alignment of fine gold accents. It demanded a seamless collaboration between the artistic
vision and the technical expertise of our craftsmen.
“ So it really celebrates the savoir-faire of the entire process, from design to production?
Indeed. Garden Party is the embodiment of Haviland & Parlon's know-how - from the artist's concept to the precise execution by our manufacture. For pieces such as cups, our craftsmen have to be very precise in order to align the drawings perfectly. Every plate reflects the discipline, finesse, and pride of our manufacturing heritage whcih performs in chromolithography and hand painted craftsmanship.
“ Is the porcelain shape an existing one from your catalogue, and what makes it perfect for this design?
Yes, the shape is a classic from our collection, known for its timeless elegance. Its soft lines and luminous
white porcelain provide the perfect canvas to let the colours and floral patterns blossom. It creates a natural harmony between the form and the design, enhancing the overall visual impact.
“ Is it a limited-edition collection, or do you hope it will become one of the signatures of the brand?
While it was created to mark our 100th anniversary, we envision Garden Party as more than a commemorative piece. Its beauty and emotional resonance make it a strong candidate to become one of our iconic collections - one that continues to tell our story for years to come.
“ Can the collection easily be combined with others in the catalogue?
Yes, Garden Party was designed with versatility in mind. Its vibrant yet balanced palette allows it to be mixed with other elegant, more minimal collections from our catalogue such as Colette with its colourful edge, Eventail, Lexington or even Coco offering our clients the opportunity to personalise their table settings with unique combinations.
“ You've created four dessert plate designs; do you think they could become a collectible set to mark your centenary?
Definitely. Each dessert plate is a unique variation on the floral theme, making them both decorative and collectible. Together, they form a joyful, artistic set that reflects the spirit of celebration - an ideal tribute to our 100-year journey.
“ What are some other changes you've made in recent years as a foundation for the next hundred years?
We've invested significantly in the modernisation of our production facilities, while preserving the artisanal processes that define our identity. We also relaunched a former collection like Eventail, but this time with our current palette of colours, to combine past and present with elegance. These changes are part of our long-term vision: to honour our heritage while continuing to evolve.
“ Is Limoges porcelain still as popular today as it has been for the last century?
Absolutely. Limoges porcelain remains a symbol of excellence and French savoir-faire around the world. Its authenticity, refinement and emotional resonance continue to inspire both long-time collectors and new generations seeking meaningful beauty.

Frakki is the new collection of modular lights designed by architect Michele De Lucchi for VENINI. This project combines the architect's distinctive creative language with Murano's artisanal mastery, resulting in a lighting system that reinterprets the concept of modularity through glass shingles.
Crafted using the glass plate technique and available in two variants - one narrower and one wider - the glass tiles feature a threedimensional diamond texture that refracts light, creating vibrant plays of reflection.
MICHELE DE LUCCHI FRAKKI
The modular structure offers endless configuration possibilities, adapting to various scenarios: from dramatic cluster suspensions to floor and table lamps.
The collection, available in a limited edition, strikes a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.
CORALIA
Coralia is the name of a Greek princess, a symbol of courageous, united, and supportive women, guardians of stories that transcend time, weaving together past and future. Her name has roots in the Latin corallium, derived from the Greek korállion, and means "she who is protected by coral."
The Coralia lamp, designed by Studio Fuksas, embodies this spirit and translates it into a tribute to the beauty of the sea and the organic forms that inhabit it. Light and sinuous, it appears suspended like a marine creature in motion, with lines reminiscent of corals smoothed by the currents.
The light, filtering through the transparent materials and metallic reflections, creates an enveloping effect, akin to the luminous plays underwater. A symbol of strength and harmony, this light transforms the space into a fluid and refined environment, where light and matter meet in a natural balance.
STUDIO FUKSAS
HANDMADE IN ITALY
ZANETTO ISIDE
The tableware collection, ISIDE, is born from a profound dialogue between opposites: light and shadow, past and present, natural and crafted.
Its surfaces are alive with contrasts, coexisting in harmony, telling a story of ancestral beauty and modernity.
Each piece is an invitation to observe and interpret, with one certainty: the instinctive connection to nature, to the primordial signs that link us to the world.
"The balance between black and white.
The metal, shaped by fire and water, becomes the beating heart of this collection. Its texture recalls animal hides and the bark of ancient trees, a visceral echo of nature.
Iside is defined by a deep, vibrant black: Bronze Noir, pulsing with energy and mystery. Light dances with shadow on its hand-hammered surfaces, creating a chiaroscuro effect that feels almost alive. It is a black that tells stories, welcomes, and seduces.
"My fascination with Bronze Noir, the special Zanetto finish featured in this collection, has deep roots in my childhood memories.
My father discovered this technique in the sixties, a texture which has always captivated me with its intensity and depth
Enrico Zanetto
Timeless elegance, contemporary functionality.
The collection combines artisanal tradition with a design conceived for the present. Each piece is crafted to meet the new needs of contemporary living: the way we prepare, present, and enjoy food is changing, and Iside interprets this shift with elegance and innovation.
The objects suggest unexpected functions, offering new ways to experience the table. The result is a collection of timeless pieces, refined yet modern, capable of enhancing any setting with their unique presence.
An Inside, light and shadow do not clash; they complete one another. This coexistence, this equilibrium, is the metaphor that the collection carries. Each object tells a story of duality, of opposites finding harmony, just as in life.
Hand crafted, the pieces in Iside are works of everyday art. Through every detail, they bring elegance, craftsmanship, and symbolic depth, transforming the act of setting the table into a ritual of beauty and meaning.
