REDEFINING BOUNDRIES

This project aims to take an area of the North Acedemic Center that physically and visablly disconnects the students from the neighborhood, and creates a liminal space in the form of a gallery that displays work from community members and students and allows for interaction.

MEADOW PARK NEST

This project aims to give a highlight to the ecosystem present in Meadow Park. It does this by creating an interactive space between observers and the present duck and goose populations in the area. Furthermore the structure is made of living members which further interacts with the ecosystem present.

building reads as a semi-transparent to blend in to the passage. The residential building’s goal contextual facade look throughout the street elevation by continuing brick and window pattern cornice heights. On other hand, the communal building’s goal is to create a contextual relationship construction buildings to its south and itself through its size and through its use of steel framing glass system. The “bridge” that connect the two buildings to each other aims to create a moment passage by featuring a fully transparent curtain wall. Air and Void act as a part of the passage
