ROYAL DRIP

Royal Drip is a two-story destination designed to meet essential needs, food and relaxation—in a primarily residential area lacking affordable dining options. The upper level features a scenic food park, while the lower level houses a cozy dog café. It’s a space where both people and pets can enjoy good food with each other’s . Individual Work

This project captures the interior essence of the metal flower, offering an immersive experience that allows you to truly feel the architectural design and atmosphere of the structure, much like the unique ambiance found in the High Line. It highlights the intricate details and spatial qualities that evoke a deeper connection to the surroundings and the innovative design.

BAC DE RODA

In collaboration with Kenneth Ly, Elan Kogut, and Norah Abraham

The Bac de Roda Bridge, designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, was built between 1985 and 1987 in Barcelona, connecting the Sant Andreu and Sant Martí districts. Created to address urban and social challenges, the bridge played a key role in revitalizing neglected areas and integrating them into the city. It became a landmark of Barcelona ahead of the 1992 Olympics.

SILENT LIGHT

Our site holds deep sentimental value and is tied to significant events in U.S. history. We aim to honor its journey by showcasing its transformation from the aftermath of 9/11 to the present, highlighting its resilience and renewal over time.

Creatlive is a duplex apartment in Harlem, Manhattan, merges living and working in one space, featuring essential rooms plus a workroom, ground-floor gallery, and rooftop. CRAWFORD MARKET

Kyle Carbuccia, Jan Omitsu, Junior Cruz and Leo Wang

This project examines two unique markets—Crawford Market in India and Arthur Avenue Retail Market in the U.S.—focusing on their architectural and cultural transformations over time. Crawford Market reflects a colonial blend of English and Indian styles, symbolizing an imposed cultural fusion, while Arthur Avenue has evolved from its Italian heritage into a diverse, multicultural center influenced by waves of immigration.

MEDIATING FRAME

In collaboration with Kiishi Ogunfowora

This project is designed to establish a mediating space between the existing residential house in Portland, Maine, the shared public area between both residences, and a private garden designated for the ADU. It encourages interaction and connection between the two units and the surrounding site, while preserving privacy within the ADU by strategically separating its private spaces and using isolated pods to define and frame the overall site.
