The Villa welcomes guests upon arrival. The downstairs features a wellness area, an outdoor jungle bathroom, and a cantina with windows that open on three sides perfect for events and gatherings. Additional amenities include a laundry bodega with supplies, a staff area with two washers/dryers, a staff kitchen, plus an air-conditioned hospitality office. A spacious ground-level suite offers a private third bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the poolside veranda.
Upstairs, a spacious chef-designed kitchen with local Amapa hardwood cabinets, generous storage, and double doors opening to the patio is the showpiece of the home. The Hacienda hosts large groups and multi-family travelers with ease. This 205m² residence offers four guest suites with en suite baths and a flexible A/C room for a fifth bedroom, treatment space, or office.
Above, a dramatic 205m² rooftop palapa - complete with two half bathsinvites sunrise yoga, sound healing sessions, or quiet morning coffee with panoramic views of the surrounding arroyo and jungle.

Privately tucked behind a gated entrance with its own motor court and lush garden, The Casona was designed as the owner’s residence and it shows. The most modern of the three homes, this sculptural retreat of steel, concrete, and glass offers a private setting away from the main property hub.
Inside, a vaulted ceiling with exposed steel beams and polished wood creates an airy feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light The main living area opens fully to the private yard through a sixpanel sliding glass wall, and a chef’s kitchen connects seamlessly to the downstairs. Upstairs, the master ensuite includes a spa-like bath and an outdoor soaking tub for total relaxation.
