Inspector Ruel Stephenson of the NYPD 47th Precinct in the Bronx briefing his officers as they prepared for their annual Christmas treat for kids in the north Bronx communities on Dec 16 at the Precinct on Laconia Avenue. The initiative, which was supported by a number of local community groups and political leaders, saw several hundred children feted and treated with toys, school supplies and other gift items. Inspector Stephenson praised his fellow officers and members of the community for giving their support to another successful event to help the kids in the community.
