C.3 FINAL DETAIL MODEL In order to reflect the parametric variation and modular nature of my design, the chosen detail models are genuine formalistic explorations of the hexagonal extrusions. Additionally, exploring concrete itself has allowed me to understand the serious impact of water on the concrete mix, as well as its tendency to flake and fail under certain conditions. This has been a very valuable tectonic exploration.
