前言 聚光燈 我在台上沿著同一路線行走 依戀始終如一的位置 燈亮了，音樂伴著寂靜如常奏起 深呼吸，我嘗試穩住自己 盡力呈現成長的總和 夜幕垂下 影子在台上閃耀亂舞 這刻我要如何與懸空的位置重新連結 歡姐是位生活舞者 她友善可愛 與我分享她年青的國度 又充滿好奇 總能引領着我探索未知 以身體回應力度 慢走、前進或退後 她讓我知道舞台永遠不會準備好 也沒有不懂擔憂的時候 只要繼續享受 哪裡也能展現生活的詩歌
FOREWORD THE SPOTLIGHT I walk along the same path on stage Consistently reliant on the same position The lights have illuminated As usual, the music is played along the stillness Take a deep breath, I try to keep steady Trying my best to present my growth with music Drooping with the night Shadows dance on the stage I wonder how I can reconnect with the vacant position Ms Happy is a dancer of life She is friendly and cute Sharing her youthful kingdom with me And full of curiosity Always leading me to explore the unknown Responding to strength with her body Walk slowly, forward or backward She lets me know that the stage is never ready Or has no times of worry As long as you keep enjoying Anywhere can manifest the poetry of life

楊倩桐 賽馬會「音語來回」舞蹈教育計劃 ｜ 參與學員 中大音樂系二年級 練習低音提琴 10 年，鋼琴 15 年，風琴 2 年、中國舞 6 年 「這趟一年多的旅程中，從學會感受自己的身體： 痛與不痛；學會放鬆；學會放下，讓影子糊亂地跳舞； 學會在拍檔的身上，用掌心給予温暖， 用身體的壓力給予信任，並繼續學習如何回應。」

CHARACTER INTRODUCTION
Jessie Yeung Jockey Club “In Search of Voice in a Cramped City” Dance Education Programme | Participant Year 2, Music CUHK. Practiced double bass for 10 years, piano for 15 years, organ for 2 years and Chinese dance for 6 years During this year’s journey, I learnt to feel my body from the starting point. Pain and no pain, I learn to relax, let go and let the shadows dance carelessly, and learn to give warmth to my partner. Through the palm of your hand, we utilise the strength from our bodies to give trust and respond.
