am on the boat leaving the harbor, looking out over the melancholic view of Uruguay as rains drops fall upon it. If you would prefer to visit Buenos Aires via Uruguay, rather than by air, you can board the morning bus from Montevideo to Colonia, and from there pass through via ferry. It was after this two hour journey that I was greeted with a city that was fighting fog and rain as we neared the Buenos Aires harbor. Buenos Aires. What vastness, how big it is. A city can only be as big as this, its buildings the kind that instill such trust in people. It even takes a serious amount of time crossing from one side of the twelve lane, 9th of July Avenue, to the other. The avenue being so vast, one starts to watch the street as one stops at each of the four traffic lights.
