We invite you to our annual Committee Open House on Wednesday, November 6, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Sports Clubhouse Serafina Room. Join us for an engaging evening, with the bar open for member charge, and discover ways to get involved in shaping the future of PGCC.
Established in 2021, our committee structure is guided by the PGCC Committee Guide By charter, Advisory Committee members and chairs rotate periodically, encouraging broad participation and diverse perspectives. These committees partner closely with PGCC management and the Board, playing an essential role in fostering growth and enhancing the membership experience while supporting responsible financial practices. For most members, committee involvement requires a minimal time commitment and offers a valuable voice in PGCC’s ongoing evolution.
For the 2024–2025 term, we are pleased to continue the following Advisory Committees:
Finance Committee
Golf Advisory Committee
Lifestyle Advisory Committee
Safety & Security Committee
Sports Advisory Committee
In addition, we maintain three Enforcement Committees Architectural Review, Fining, and Golf Fining which do not rotate annually. However, members interested in these committees are encouraged to sign up in case openings arise.
The Open House will be an informal gathering, beginning with a brief presentation on committee responsibilities and opportunities, followed by time to connect directly with current committee representatives. If you are unable to attend but are interested in joining a committee, please fill out the form by clicking this link to specify which committee(s) you are interested in joining.

Dear Members,
As we approach the winter months, proper golf course etiquette is paramount to the overall conditioning and enjoyment of the course Bermudagrass recovery slows during periods of milder temperatures and a reduction in hours of sunlight.
Fixing ball marks on putting surfaces, filling divots with the green sand, and adhering to the black and white stakes when entering/exiting a hole while using a cart greatly assist the Agronomy Team in providing a quality experience for all Members and guests.
Green sand can be found in the cart barn, Practice Facility Shelter, and both comfort stations on the course should you need to refill your bottle.
The Agronomy Team has a wall-to-wall fertilizer application with Ronstar Pre-Emergent scheduled for November 18
Landscaping Enhancements continue to progress around the course. Our Pinestraw application has been completed. The following areas on the course have received new landscape plantings:
Hole 1 Tee Complex/Practice Green Complex
Front Nine & Back Nine Comfort Stations
Hole 9 Tee & Hole 9 Green Complex
Hole 11 Green Complex
Hole 13 Green Complex
Hole 14 Green Complex
Hole 16 Tee Complex

As we head into season, The Park will start to fill up on our busy nights. We ask for your help in making reservations whenever possible to ensure that you are given the best experience possible. Last Friday night, the team did a great job taking care of over 300 Members and their guests during dinner and this trend will continue for the next few months. If you have a seating preference or large party, making a reservation will be helpful in accommodating your group. We appreciate your help with this important matter.
November brings with it the time change and earlier sunsets That also means a change in our hours of operation for the next few months These changes will affect Tuesday and Sunday nights at The Park along with our weekends at Tiki. We will communicate these adjustments to the Membership via email in early November.
Don’t forget to get your reservations in for all of our holiday events as they are filling up fast. Keep an eye on our online club calendar for more information and event registration. Let us take care of the cooking, cleaning, and kids activities for your holiday enjoyment. Also as a reminder, we have instituted a 72 hour cancellation policy on all events.

Tim served as the Head Racquet Sports Professional at the Woodlands Country Club in Falmouth, ME where he ran the tennis and pickleball program until the end of 2021.
In addition to teaching racquet sports, Tim has served on a number of local and sectional committees, including USTA Junior Team Tennis Coordinator, Tournament Director, Fundraiser, Volunteer, HEAD/Penn and Wilson Advisory Board Member, Racquet Stringer, Palm Beach Open Assistant Commissioner, and Pro Shop General Manager.
Janel DeNicola, the oldest of six, grew up in sunny Florida, having a love for racquet sports from a young age. Now, she brings her passion and expertise to PGCC, helping players of all levels find the perfect gear. With her great energy and dedication, Janel is committed to elevating our racquet sports community.
The Club has added several new clinics for tennis and pickleball to the November calendar, sign up and give them a try! Looking ahead, we would like to hear from anybody who would be interested in joining leagues in the following areas:
